FIRST Cycle Update: Week 3 Finished.

Hi everyone, just want to keep everyone updated on my progess.

I just completed week 3 of my T200/EQ/Winny cycle...It is my FIRST cycle.

I started @ 6'2, 193 lbs, 14% BF.

As of today @ the gym, I am 196 lbs. 3 pound gain, at the end of week 3.

I am really looking forward to week 4-10....Hopefully everything kicks in full speed soon!

My strength has DEFINITELY increased, which is a good sign.....and I'm happy about that. Slowly, but surely increasing little by little.....

I'll keep everyone updated who is interested.....

I'm trying to get LEAN muscle mass..Quality rock-solid muscle and get ripped from this cycle. No changes in physical appearance...When do you usally start to notice increase size, vascularity, cutting, etc?

yes keep us updated. I would like to follow that cycle b/c i am interested in running something similiar

what doseages are you doing

Weeks 1-10: T200 400mg/week
Weeks 1-10: EQ 400mg/week
Weeks 7-12: Winny 50mg/ED

what do you think the difference would be if you didn't include the eq, and put deca in instead. I want to run a cycle sometime, with test200, and deca, nothing else, what kind of gains and look can I get with this, i was thinking
400mg deca for 8weeks,
500mg test for 8weeks,
clomid therapy
maybe some nalvodex

i am on sus/omni at 1000mg per week and deca at 400mg per week and started getting nipple problems so started nolvs and no help so its from deca so i just cut deca before too much trouble
see nolvs dont help gyno from deca cause its from progestrone and not estrogen but eq if getting gyno probs then nolvs help as eq 's gyno is caused by estrogen.
also if you dont come close to double test doseages over deca doseages you could have problems from deca dick--all this of course if progestrone bothers you.i had no problems with it and done a whole bottle of deca over the year(2 seperate cycles) and just now getting problems---so for now on i will tell everyone to go with eq if can

I mentioned this in your other thread,

Weeks 1-10 T200 400mg
Weeks 1-10 EQ 400mg
Weeks 8-13 Winny 50mgs ED
Move the weeks for winny, so that way the eq will be out of your system when you start clomid.
