    Alright.. Time for muscle memory to kick in

    Hey guys, long time no post eh? I have let myself slip this past winter like a mo****a. Girls, booze, hookers, [edit], and hotel rooms... But, give me one month like always and I am a 2% rock solid little beach monster... I have to get ready for Rehab at the Hard Rock in Vegas in 26 days.

    Right now, I wont even think about posting a f*cking picture. I make myself sick. I'm probably 10-12% BF and haven't worked out in 2 mo's.

    Just started my program today and I am super amped. Im a little jacked up and I cant go to f*cking sleep.

    sh*ts looking a lot better. I can feel the pump of the Var and it's almost as if I am "farting" and burping fat off from the clen /T3 combo. I will keep you posted and I will post pics after the weekend. Having not worked out for 2 months, I am sore as a m*therf*cker.

    ya the cut, lean, hard look works good for me.. I am already a pretty big guy.. plus surfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding play a huge role in my life and it helps not being bulky.
