    Day 4 (1 day early)

150mg hurt for some reason, oh well.

As of right now Im not even on a set routine, I am just lifting about every other day whatever I can handle with the least amount of pain. Hardly doing any chest movements or shoulder presses due to those causing the majority of the pain.

I can say that today, I feel abotu 25% better than I did the last wo weeks even compared to yesterday really. Not sure if it is definately the adequan but all that matters is I am feeling slightly better. I am taking 5g vit c ed and glucosamine/chondroitin as well.

    BRB...

What do you think about it so far? Impressed or another boosted up lie?
Im taking around 6-10 grams of Vit C + gluccosamine/chondrioten/msm and what not.......Pain in joints only go away when I don't use them....Once worked same old bullshit.

Goodluck hopefully this stuff will help you.

So far I am not impressed and somewhat dissapointed. Maybe I shouldnt have had so much expectations but it is made to sound great. It is helping, minimally up to this point. I am wondering if delt injections would be better..??

What exactly is it. I am not sure I have heard of it before, or possibly by another name.

Adequan = Afltuop, PSAG and one other name I dont remember. It is supposed to repair cartilage, collagen etc etc.

Maybe not literally but basically the same thing. I was under the impression that aflutop was the european version released for humans.

    Have you heard about prolotherapy?

Suppose to be very effective for healing/strengthening soft and connective tissue. Basically it's qualified physicians who do spot injections into the joint using simple sugars other scientific stuff and sometimes growth factors like hgh and so on. I'm trying to get on this as of now.
