    Talking 2nd cycle

    Hi guys this is my 2nd cycle, i will try to update this every week.
    stats:

    175cm
    86kg
    bf% 11-12

    started: 06/29-02
    D-bol 20mg/ed 1-4
    sustanon 250mg/ew 1-10
    Equipoise 250mg/ew 1-10
    winstrol depot 50mg/ed 6-10
    clomid 13-15
    proviron 25mg/ed 1-10
    ALA 1-10 + 4 liters of water
    and nolvadex on hand just i case.
    300g protein ed

    goal 100kg and bf% 10 or under
    PS. i am going to spain 2 days after last inj. thats why i donīt move the winny to 9-13.

    today 07/04-02 88kg and hungry as a wolf.

    i saw how u used cm and kgs......
    just wandering if your from australia......
    we use those measurments here.........
    if u are just wanted some help cos i have been trying to get clomid and nolva but its so hard here.....
    any suggestions.....
    the gear has dried up badly in syd....its so hard to get anything these days......

    My personal advice would be to up the EQ to 400mg and the Sustanon to 500mg. Inject twice a week, say moday and thursday. Mix the EQ and Sustanon in the same injection.
