hi there i am 29 180lbs been lifting for a year and a half . i just decided to get into my first cycle. any one have suggestions i would appreciate them.

week1 1cc=200mg 4 a day 1 tab day 1-3 2t 3-6
week2 2cc=400mg 5 a day 3t 6-9 4t days 10-20
week3 2cc=400mg 5 a day then reverse cycle
week4 2cc=400mg 5 a day
week5 2cc=400mg 4 a day
week6 1cc=200mg

No flame here bro but before you go and stick yourself check out this board for a little longer. You'll be happy you did and you be more satisfied with a cycle that will work. As for advice...workout for a longer period of time, don't taper, add some test and run at least an 8-10 wk cycle.
well i am already into it i am in my 2nd week so i guess its a little late to wait any other suggestions
6 weeks of Deca is not long enough
Deca takes about 4-5 weeks to just start seeing gains
Dbol can be used as a jump start for the first 3-5 wks before the Deca kicks in at 25-50mg depending on cycle experience and stats.
You should add some test in there as well- you might be getting some Deca dick.

eating clean(chicken,rice,egg whites,pasta,veggies,subway)
myoplex mass 2 a day
3 whey protien shakes
i get about 300g of protien a day
plus im sleeping 7-9 hrs a night
i am looking to gain muscle mass and lower bf% at the same time
hence the t-3 is this gonna work for me ??????
Diet looks good, but Deca for 6 wks will have minimal gains.
Well if you have no more money then fine...you've already started it anyways. That part is over now....do you have your clomid yet? You should start thinking about getting some if you haven't already if you wanna keep some gains from this 6 week cycle.
