    Check out my results!!!

    Wats up the first pic is me last summer at 182 low bf% 10ish? and the second is week 4 into first cycle (d-bol 40mg/ed 4wks + test E 500mg/wk) i gained alot of weight im 215 in second pic whit bf prolly around 15% ....wat you fellows think? hows my progress in the last 6 months?

    im 5'11,20years old,currently 218 end of week 4

    I say you look bigger but its water. Maybe the test will help you gain weight so it will even out if your lucky by the end of your cycle you will weight 220.

    its not all water!!! and yes i got stronger....week 2 i maxed out at 275 and wk4 i put up 295 for 4 times!!!! i think im going to hit 225 by week 10 easy....im thinkin of maybe adding winny weeks 7-11 for some definition...keep them comin

    Hmm tough call, i cant say theres been much improvements in Lean mass gain from those shots...i gotta say it just looks like water and fat gain...

    BUMP FOR YOUR PM......I'd only do cardio if you felt you needed it for health purposes......then it's up to you, if you bf is ok, and your diet is clean, you don't need it and can save it for when you cut....esp. if you have shin pumps......

    Wha does your diet look like???????/
