9 - My first cycle was test at 200mg/week 1-10. That was before knowing about this board and it was about 2 yrs ago. I gained about 5lb which took me to 165lb and then kept lifting, eating and taking creavescent creatine and now I am at 175lb now knowing what I have learned I want to do a real cycle.
I agree with Tapout. Looks good from what I've read from this board, and uping the Test would be a personal decision. Good Luck, bro!
