I am 25 6'3" 220lbs, 2 cycles done in the past year. Started at 185lbs (skinny), I know that most would say to EAT EAT EAT, but things work faster with AAS.

Max Bench 300lbs 2 times
Max arm curls 65 lbs dumbles 5 times. could propbably push 70 but my wrist will hurt

Max shoulder press 185 lbs 6 times (could go more, maybe 205 3 times never did it though)


max dead lifts 185lbs 6 times (legs are weak)


on cycle i can push a little more weight but this is my best now that i am off cycle

anyway not bad for a 220 pounder at 6'3"

Prevoius cycles #1 400deca/200 test ew X10
#2 400deca/300 test ew X10 plus anavar 50mgs ed for 4 weeks



LOOKING to do a new cycle: Deca raises my BP to much 160/95

I was thinking 400 primo/300 test X10 weeks

Not looking to put too much weight on just add strentgt and that hardness look for the summer.

What are your thoughts
