    Popin my cherry..Journal of a Plucker

    Well first let me thank Tapout and all the others that helped me work out this cycle and all the info that i got from thsi site. I mean no matter how much you read or reseach alot of that stuff just sounds like greek sometimes. But hearing it from guys who have done the deed and hearing what works for them really makes it easier.

    Thsi will be my first cycle. I am hoping to cut my bodyfat dramatically and add mass as well. I have been lifting on and off since high and two years ago really got into it. A car accident derailed that and in the last 8 months since i've added close to 40lbs of flabb. I'm 5'8" 200lbs.

    Cycle plan:
    EQ 400mg/wk week1-12
    Test200 400mg/wk week1-10
    d-bol 30mg/day week1-4
    Winny 50mg/day week 9-14
    clomid week15-16
    Clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle
    eca on when off clen
    Nolva tons on hand just in case

    Diet: This has been my biggest problem even before teh accident. Between the beer, whiskey and soda pop it was always hard for me to get cut like i wanted to. This tiem i am busting my ass to get this straightend out. As well just found a great butcher shop that sells buffalo meat so will be switch that for beef. Also wil be mixing in 2 protein shakes a day(myoplex).

    Well i will post some pics as i take them. And will update this as often as possible. My first day will be monday. Please any advice or ideas on diffrent foods, gear, even workouts schedule would be appreciated. Hell at 40lbs more than i want to be i have no pride, only heart.

    Well it took away to get my needles, mainly my usmails fault for not leaving me a slip saying they were here. I have been on the clen all of last week and have to say wow. I started at 185. Now at the start of my actual cycle i'm 175. Cut out all the soda and fast food from my diet and can tell i should have done this a long time ago.

    Today was my first injection. 200mg tt200 and 200mg eq. Was nervous at first but can say that it wasn't shit. Hardly felt the needle in my thigh. Been taking the DBol haven't felt much yet but have noticed that i have been alot hungrier, not sure if its the DBol or just a mental thing. Well i'll continue to update week by week.

    Well just started my second week and i'm not sure if the gains i am seeing are from the juice or just mental so far. But i just feel more pumped when i work out now. I will say one thing Clenbuterol is the bomb. I've been on it three weeks (started one week before cycle) and have already dropped 12lbs. That and cutting out soda and fast food crap. I have noticed that as soon as i take the EQ i want to pig out so i am hoping the clen and ECA will keep the body fat down even though i am eating everything in sight. Well i will update when there is more to say. But i will say i am already happy with what i see.

    Are you running the clen throughout your cycle? From the gear you selected, I was assuming it was a bulking cycle. I know you said you want to drop your BF while gaining muscle, why not run the clen at the end of your cycle?

    Well this is my first cycle so i know i will learn alot from it. And i am learning more everyday i read the posts here. Really my goal for this cycle is to put on some decent gains with a dropping a good amount of BF%. I don't think the clen with hurt my gains in any way i know for my next one i will not use it in the beginning and probably not at all. That one will more of a true bulking cycle. I doubt that really answered your question, so i guess i will use the old rookie mistake or newbie trying to see what will work best for him.

    Saturday was my 4th injection and end of week 2 and i guess i hit a nerve or something cause when i woke up sunday my thigh that i injected in was twice the size of my other. I couldn't walk for at all that day. But the swelling has gone down and i am ready to hit the gym again. I guess it was a good thing it gave me some much needed rest time from the gym and now i am totally pumped to get back at it.

    One thing i have noticed in this cycle is getting it up is a bitch. I am actually heading down to mexico this weekend to grab some viagra. I really thought with everything i read that i would be hard 24/7 on this one but it seems to be the total opposite so far. Unless its just too early.

    Wow i guess some of my posts were lost do to the board problems. Oh well it happens. Well just to update i just finished week 7 and am loving this cycle. When i first finished off the Dbol i felt a little loss of strength but now i think it was more cause i was catching a cold than anything else. Right now i am in the middle of my cycle and only taking the test and eq and i am loving what i am seeing at the gym. My pumps are getting better every week and everyone is seeing the increase in size which feels awesome. Haven't had any side effect so far so i am really stoked. I am really itching to try the winny i hope it will really help take the mass i have added and make it harder and give me a little leaner look. Well we shall see.

    Well just finished week 9 and first week of winny. Still seeing more and more strength gains every week but the weight gains seemed to have stopped. i figure so far i have gone from 192 with a whopping 18% bf to a 195 with 10% bf so i have added close to 20lbs of muscle and it really shows. I have seen all i wanted in this cycle and then some. I am really dreading coming off but i have my clomid so hopefully too much won't be lost. I am already thinking about the next one but we shall see.

    Sounds like you made some great gains on your cycle bro, good work... I am just getting back into things after an injury and I'm trying more or less the same thing as you.... Gaining muscle while shreading some BF% at the same time.... I have the clen and T3 which is going at the last half of the cycle...

    I'm impressed by your BF% lost... Sounds as if the clen did wonders for you....

    funny how you get problems getting it up on test.when i use to be on test i was soo damn horny,now i am running a fina only cycle at 100 mlg eod and i am on the third week without getting any erection problems,i hope it continues to be this way

    Actually the clen scarred the hellout of me i went from 195 to 175 in 3 weeks i was sweeting like crazy. i was doing the 2 weeks clen 2 weeks eca and it did do wonders for me. i only did them for 6 weeks though cause i feared that it would hurt my overall gains. But i was totally happy with teh results. I would recommened clen and eca stack to anyone that wanted tolose weight quick...

    As far as getting it up some say it might have been the clen cause it messes with your prostate and once i got off the clen and eca everything was cool. I haven't noticed the high sex urges but then again i was a sex maniac before i was on any cycle as well. 4-6 times a day wasn't nothing special to me it was the norm.

    Well just did my last shot of test and i am totally missing it already i still have a few weeks of eq left and a few weeks of winny left before i start the clomid but i never thought the day would come when i would say i miss shoting test but i totally miss it already. But like i have said over and over i love this cycle and hope that i can do another in a few months. What i have gained on this cycle is more than i could have imagined and i have enjoyed every minute of it.

    Well the end of my cycle has finally arrived. Saturday i start my post cycle clomid. All i can say is this was an awesome experence. Just to throw out some stats that startled me. Inclined max bench press up 70lbs, max Bench press up 80lbs., decline bench press up 80lbs., curls up 60lbs(my arms feel huge now), military press up 60lbs. BF% jumped up some after i stoped the clen so now is probably around 13%. Weight never moved a whole lot cause i had a ton of excess weight before hand. Still around bounces around 197-205. I thought this was a great first cycle for me and i really hope to see much more improvement with my next one. I think if i would have raised my calorie intake to close to 4500 and protein to 400 i would have seen alot more out of this one. I think my fear of putting on too much fat kept me from getting better gains, something that won't happen next time. I think also the fear of overworking my muscles. Later on i really felt that i could have worked my mucsle groups 2x a week as compared to the 1x a week and maybe seen more improvement. Once again live and learn. I plan to doing some clen and eca to get back to the low 10% Bf untill my next cycle so i can bulk up preferably to close to 220-230. But once again thanks to all that helped out during this cycle i really like the tightness of this board and hope that i will continue to learn and grow here.
