    my cycle is totally phucted

    7th wk. in of teste and I was totally kik'n ass. Elbow probs. arise.I get a xray, arthritis and bone spurs show and I try to workout now and there is absolutely no way. whata waste of time @#$%&%$#@!!!

    I don't think your cycle is fvcked, your elbow is fvcked. You have other body parts you can work, just concentrate on blowing your legs up. Experiment with light weights and high reps, there are plenty of other options, just research.

    I agree. Don't just give up. You may be frustrated, but use that frustration and aggression in a couple of leg workouts. Hit them calves hard. You might even consider doing some front or side lateral raises to bring your shoulders out a bit.
    Do all this and let your elbow rest for a week. Then come in next week and see if you can continue with normal routine.
