    Stregnth + Cut 1st cycle critque pls

    Hi I have a few questions if you all donít mind. I am new to these boards and would like some of your help if possible, Thank you very much in advance I appreciate it.
    For starters:
    Age: 20
    Experience: Moderate weight lifting for past 3 years, Football in high school, Extreme endurance building over last 6 months. Mostly aerobic activities (hiking, tennis, elliptical and only endurance weight lifting)
    Weight: 175
    Height: 5'11
    Body Fat %: 18%
    Build: Athletic nothing to impressive.
    Other: I went on a 30 day outward bound and changed my diet and lost 25 lbs in the last 60 days.
    Diet: Fish, Turkey, Chicken, Eggs, and anything green. Eating every 2-3 hours about a fist full amount.
    Intake: 250 proteins a day
    Supplements: Creatine, d-ribose, dhea, Spirulina,
    Roid Experience: None
    Goals: Drop my fat down to 13% or less preferred, build a ton of lean muscle, and donít necessarily care about size/bulk. I am joining the army special forces and my ship out date is in January. I feel right now basic training wouldnít be to tuff but the S.F. special training would be incredibly difficult. I would like to get to 100 pushups under 2 mins, 100 sit ups under 2 mins, and a 13:30 2 mile run. Currently I can bench 135ish, I lost 25 pounds on my bench when I lost all my weight. I can do about 30 pushups and 65 sit-ups.

    Iíve done a lot of research and Iíve come up with an idea of which steroids Iíd like to use but I am not sure, Iíd like more input. Because I am a novice user I am not quite sure on the dosage but Iíve come out with a basic outline.

    Id like to take two 6 week cycles because I plan on doing a 6 week cycle then do a 24 day 24/7 sea kayaking trip ( very intensive ) then another 6 week cycle afterwards. Money isnít really relevant; Iím capable of getting almost any steroid and can afford them no problem. Should I keep up with aerobic activity as well? Hiking, elliptical, skiing? So many more questions to ask but I will start off with this and see how things go.

    I am not sure about the doseages any input? Is this cycle/stack to much to start?

    Bench presses 3 sets 6- 8 reps
    Incline bench presses 2 sets 6- 8 reps
    Dips with added weights 2 sets 8-10 reps
    Barbell curls 3 sets 6-10 reps
    Dumbbell curls 2 sets 6-10 reps
    Day 2: Cardio
    Hike 4-8 Miles
    Day 3: Thighs
    Squats 3 sets 6-10 reps
    Leg presses 2 sets 8-10 reps
    Leg curls 2 sets 8-10 reps
    Day 4: Cardio
    Jog 2-3 Miles
    Day 5: Shoulder, triceps
    Presses behind neck 3 sets 6- 8 reps
    Upright row 2 sets 8-10 reps
    Side laterals 2 sets 8-10 reps
    Lying triceps presses 3 sets 6-10 reps
    Triceps pulley pushdown 2 sets 8-10 reps
    Day 6: Cardio
    Hike 4-8 Miles
    Day 7: Back. calves
    Chins with added weight 3 sets 8-10 reps
    Lat pull to neck 2 sets 8-10 reps
    Barbell bent-over row 2 sets 6-10 reps
    Seated cable row 2 sets 6-10 reps
    Standing calf raise 3 sets 8-12 reps
    Seated calf raise 2 sets 8-12 reps

    ontop of that intensive ab workout every other day
