    31yo cycle and training log

    Any help with my workouts would be nice... I'll try to track my food better so I can get input on that as well... I'll post pics sometime but I'll post my workout log after I get back from the gym tonight (log is in my car)

    here's my cycle:
    ~3iu GH ED 0630am
    125 mg tren A ED
    150mg EQ EOD
    250mg test EOD

    31 years old 208lbs high teens BF now.. working to bulk and maybe cut some BF...

    I work out 3-4 times a week... just finished reading strength training for dummies as a way to improve my workout since I fel like a dummy I think I'll include some of the info though most was pretty basic.

    4th cycle first time using tren. I started with 125 EOD wit hteh tren but wasn'tgetting sides and dubious results (not what Iexpected) so I upped the tren a little and now I got sides now so I'll see how the gym goes tonight...

    I also do intermittent low back, abs, core, and cardio exercises at work where they supply a multi-gym and some cardio equipment but I don't track that...

    Today I did:
    assisted pullups
    standing curl bars 50x10-70x10-80x8
    hammer curls w/ dumbbell 30X10-37.5x10-42.5x8
    reverse curls 15#x10 2 sets
    calf machine 3 sets increasing weight
    leg press machine 10x150-10x225-10x320 (back started hurting good on these
    quad curl machine
    10x65-10x85-10x105
    I started feelind ight headed after the leg exercises and it got progressively worse, as did my back pain so I called it a night after this...

    I think the lightheadedness is from injecting so close to my workout. I usualy inject 5+ hours before I workout but today it was less than 2 hours before workout...


    Any input guys?

    i like to inject right before i workout if possible. I shoot into the muscle being worked and im not a bit sore when i get home from the gym (from the shot) plus i like the b12 before the gym too.
    Lightheaded/headache could be hypoglycemia caused by the tren . i had it happen to me.Tai and some other guy have had it happen to them too. Try gatorade while working out. I would get it bad at random times, never happen before the tren and hasnt happened since. So its gotta be the tren.

    I feel like I was getting bad hypoglycemia before and tai and others recommended more gatorade/carb deinks and it helped a lot.. this last time itwas a little different as I was drinking gatorade at the time.. plus, it felt different.. almost like beginning stages of a blackout... anyway, thanks for he input and I'll keep this updated. I'll be in the gym tonight even though I'm fighting a coldthe wife brought home from her work :grrrr
