    1st time diary

    I am 23 years old, 6 foot, 205lbs.
    I ran a cycle of test e and anadrol last year, however, I suffered an injury and had to take some time off, resulting in me softening up. I've been back working out for alittle while, and decided to add alittle extra to my supplements. I plan on running Superdrol...

    Week 1: 1000mg Milk Thistle
    Week 2: 1000mg Milk Thistle, 20mg Superdrol
    Week 3: 1000mg Milk Thistle, 20mg Superdrol
    Week 4: 1000mg Milk Thistle, 20mg Superdrol
    Week 5: 1000mg Milk Thistle, Nolvadex (not sure how much to run)
    Week 6-8: Same as Week 5

    Other supplements I am currently taking are as follows:

    1.) Body Fortress Super NOS Pump (Nitric Oxide)
    a.) 9g pre-workout
    b.) 9g post-workout
    2.) Body Fortress Amino 3000
    a.) 6 tabs throughout day
    3.) Body Fortress Whey Protein
    a.) 3 shakes a day (30g each)
    4.) Body Fortress Creatine
    a.) 5g twice a day
    5.) Body Fortress Glutamine
    a.) 5g a day
    6.) One a day Multi Vitamin
    7.) 1000mg of MSM and 1000mg of Glucosamine Sulfate
    8.) 3g Organic Flaxseed Oil (pills)

    I was trying a low carb diet to drop alittle fat, once I start the Superdrol, my meals will be as follows:

    Breakfast:
    6 Eggs Scrambled or 30g Whey Protein depending on day
    Plain oatmeal
    5g Creatine
    2 Amino 300 pills
    Multi Vitamin
    MSM and Glucosamine
    Flaxseed Oil
    Milk Thistle

    Pre-Workout:
    2 Cans of tuna, 30g Whey Protein
    4g Super NOS Pump

    Postwork-out:
    2 cans of tuna, 30g Whey Protein
    Plain oatmeal, veggies
    5g Glutamine
    5g Super NOS Pump
    Flaxseed Oil
    Amino 3000

    Dinner:
    2 Chicken Breast, or Large piece of steak, veggies

    Bedtime Snack:
    Cottage cheese, 30g Whey Protein

    Throughout day I drink a gallon or more of water.

    I train 5-6 days a week, I know maybe to much, but I space out a couple days in between working each muscle group, for instance...

    Monday:
    chest, abs

    tuesday:
    thighs, calfs

    thursday:
    shoulders, bis

    friday:
    tris and back

    sat or sunday:
    start over again

    Cardio=20 min on treadmill 3-4 times a week

    So I started my cycle on Feb. 1st

    It changed alittle bit though

    I am taking the same dosage, but I have changed brands and added some.

    I am running Menthyl Masterdrol and Menthyl 1-D.
    I'm running these for four weeks, then using Formadex for PCT.

    I worked out today for the first time since starting my cycle. No strength or weight gains yet, but I did feel a crazy pump in my bi's. Plus my workout was a lot more aggressive.

    I am running Menthyl Masterdrol and Menthyl 1-D.
    I'm running these for four weeks, then using Formadex for PCT.
    Are you runing JUST formadex for pct??????? Also who was the smart ass that said Menthyl Masterdrol and Menthyl 1-D would be a good idea in your cycle?????

    I'm thinking about doing a similar cycle but with Methyl-Drol, once I get a bit of cash together. (being a student is shit)

    Anyway one or two recommendations,

    Add some red yeast rice an CoQ10 to the milk thistle (Thanks K. Biz) to help counter cholesterol problems.

    PCT, some people say don't use Nolva because it can lead to delayed gyno but others say its fine. If you want to be totally certain use Clomid.

    K.Biz also recommends using an AI in PCT such as liquidex or aromasin .

    (even though gyno is unlikely on the cycle as superdrol doesn't aromatise- correct me if i'm wrong peeps?)

    As for diet, it might just be me but 2 tins of tuna and a protein shake seems a bit excessive for one meal, thats got to be close to 100g of protein! I'd try and split the meals a bit more.

    Finally, I'm no expert but this is what i've learnt in my research for my Mdrol cycle and if you have any questions i'd recommend the SUPPLEMENT QUESTIONS section, where there is a MUST read article on Superdrol cycles.

    Oh no, I am going to get flamed for this, but LG Sciences recommended stacking Methyl 1-D and Methyl Masterdrol together. Also I've been researching other forums, found this is not unusual.

    Today is day three, just downed my morning preotein shake, bowl of oatmeal, and 1000 pills. Getting ready to go to the gym.

    I don't feel any different so far, we'll see how my workout is today. I imagine this stuff takes a week or two to kick in.

    Thanks for the advice about the red yeast, yeah I know my PWO meal sounds like a lot, but I actually do space it out. I'll have my preotein shake, then eat the tuna like 20-30 min later.

    Just got back from the gym. I worked shoulders today, and did alittle cardio.

    I think I am starting to see some strength gains, it's tough sometimes to notice though, because I change up my excercises frequently.

    I was able to put up a set of 5 at 70lbs.(dumbbell shoulder press) which I thought was pretty good for me, usually I stick around 50's.

    Starting to notice some tightness in my lower back. Good and bad thing, good because it shows stuff is starting to kick in, bad cuz it's kind of uncomfortable.

    Well gotta go drink a shake and have some oatmeal, later.

    Sometimes I really love working afternoons, just woke up around 11, had a shake. Got a few min to kill then off to the gym. I don't have my work out partner to day so I think I'll do some tricep work, maybe through in some calves. It's tough for me to keep my excercises consistant. Pretty much I work whatever isn't sore anymore. And if everything hurts, I take the day off. Well off to the gym, later guys.

    Worked legs today, my strength is up alittle bit. On the leg press, I usually do my last set at 10 plates (450lbs.) 3-4 times, today I did it 7 times. Not sure if my PH's are kicking in or if I just think they are and I'm pushing harder. Either way I got a few extra reps which is awesome. Leg Extensions were the same, calf raises the same. Just downed a shake, next I'll take my NO, Aminos, and eat some oatmeal. Later guys.

    My buddy had some more stuff from LG, I picked up 2 bottles of Liquid Masterdrol which came with 2 bottles of Slin for free and 1 more bottle of Methyl 1-D. Got it real cheap. Since I got another bottle of 1-D, I upped my does from 4 pills a day to 6 pills a day. The bottle recommends 4-6 so the increase should be alright.

    Dupa, I can't understand what your last post was saying, not to be rude, but could you speak in clear sentences.

    I don't plan on using all of my stuff for this cycle. The other bottles are for the future if this cycle produces good results, if it doesn't I'll just sell the other stuff, I got it so cheap that it doesn't matter anyways.

    Besides, this stuff can't be any worse than say Anadrol , which I have taken, and had blood work done afterwards, with proper supps, like milk thistle it's alright as long as I don't stay on for more than 4 weeks. I mean everything you you take has a risk of damaging your insides, if there was no danger then roids would be legal in US right?

    Curious what my body fat is, I wasn't able to get it checked.

    Worked bis and tris today, good progress so far, I think my strength is up alittle bit, my endurance is def. up.

    My tri's grow pretty fast, but my bi's have always lagged. I am trying to lower the amount of sets for my arms, possibly overtraining??
    I used to do anywhere from 12-15 sets for bis, now I am sticking to 6-9.

    The owner of my gym gave me a bottle of Methyl Vol today, pretty excited about that. I have enough bottles of prohormones now to run 4 cycles.

    I'm a bit concerned about the 'I now have enough to do 4 cycles of orals', gotta be careful with them.

    Although I plan on doing one soonish.

    How much cardio are you planning on doing?

    Yeah too many oral cycles is no good.

    But I am using 2000mg of Milk Thistle, so Cranberry supp. tons of water.

    I think as long as I take time off in between I should be alright, I hear what you're saying though.

    Just got up about 30 min ago, took my supps. had a shake, getting ready to go to the gym.

    I switched gyms a few days ago, I went to the Y before, now I go to this grundgy cave looking place, alot of cheaper, rusty weights, metallica playing in the background, old machines, I F'in love it. My workouts have been so much better. Bunch of meatheads in there too.

    Another good workout, haven't check my weight in a few days, need to do that.

    This new gym I'm going to sells I Force Nutrion products,

    1,4 AD Bold 200 and 2a, 17a Methadrol....is that what I think it is?

    Is that stuff legit, if it is I am suprised to see it being sold at a gym, plus if it's legit I can't people hvaen't bought all of it.

    The owner told me he can order whatever I wanted.

    About two weeks on, approximately two more to go. So far I've gained three pounds. Definately slimmed down, face and midsection look a lot leaner. I've added 5-10lbs. to most of my workouts, endurance is definately up. Finally starting to see some results. Overall I feel good.

    I work at a hotel, so a lot of down time sitting at my desk cruising the internet. Man I've been feeling tired as hell lately. My energy is awesome in the mornings and when I get to the gym. By the time the afternoon rolls around I feel like I could just lay my head down on my desk and go to sleep. Two more F'in hours, damn! Maybe I need to pack some more carbs besides just veggies for my meals at work. I'm gonna go mix up a protein shake, see if that helps any.

    Awesome workout today, my strength is definately up, last week I could only rep 205lbs. on Incline BB for 2 times, this week did 225 3 times. I've gained 3lbs. up to 208lbs. My body fat is way down, need to get it checked. All of my jeans are lose in my ass, waist, etc... Shirts getting tighter in shoulders and chest, loveing it!!

    For breakfast I had...

    50g whey protein
    20min later...2 hard boiled eggs, half a bagel with natural PB

    PWO - 50 g whey
    20 min later...chicken breast, sweet potatoe, other half of bagel w/natural PB, and a can of green beans

    hard to tell progress so far,

    I've decided that an oral cycle is not for me after reading a bit, but I thinkin about starting a test e cycle soon, one minute I feel really up for doing it and the next minute i'm shitting myself incase I do it wrong and cause myself harm.

    I need to ****ing man up basically.

    Bro, I might get flammed for this but...

    I feel better on my Superdrol clone then I did on Test E, granted when I used Test E, I had a shitty diet, poor lifting plan, and poor PCT, I am a lot more educated and disciplined now.

    Day to day, minute to minute I feel amazing, lots of energy (till about 8 pm then I get sleepy) good moods, I drive around playing air drums to every song, feel confident as hell, feel really great man. Either my Test E was bunk or it was just my poor training/eating, I love this shit though. Of course everyone reatcs different, but hey orals can be alright, stick to 4 weeks, lots of milk thistle and other supporting supps. and you'll be alright.

    I'm gonna run clomid and formadrol (test booster) for PCT, should be awesome. Loving my gains thus far.

    Good workout today, legs are fatigued as hell, tough to walk up stairs. My appetite is still kinda crappy since last night. I've lost 3 lbs., back down to 205lbs., weird I was 208lbs. yesterday, don't recall taking a 3lbs. crap. Lethargy is taking full effect, tought to get up in the morning, tough time falling asleep at night, feel great at the gym though.

    Appetite seems to be doing better, just ate an apple with natural peanut butter, then had 4 turkey patties with some ketchup. Got 2 cans of tuna and a whey shake for later, followed by some cottage cheese cheese right before bed. Feeling pretty sore today, I've pushed heavy weight for me this past week. Was thinking about taking the day off from the gym tomorrow, but I was feel so dirty when I don't go. I'll just have to avoid any back, chest or legs. Thinking about doing some biceps and shoulders. Hell even my abs are sore. I started eating half a bagel with breakfast, about 30 minutes before my workouts, seems to make a big difference. I have a lot more energy in the gym.

    Anyone have any experience with H-DROL by CEL? Read great reviews about it, just curious.

    i took methyl masterdrol (old school stuff) and methyl 1-d 2-3 years ago.
    i gained mad wieght in 2-3 weeks....25lbs and gained about 60lbs on bench. stuff worked real well, but back then legal gear (now lg science) said to take 4 methyl masterdrols a day for 4 weeks
    stacked with methyl 1-d, 4-6 a day for 6-8 weeks.
    then follow up with formadrol for 4 weeks
    week 1, 4 pills a day
    week 2, 3 pills a day
    ECT ECT
    yes i blew me up like a balloon in 8 weeks, but i broke out on my back and shoulders from that stuff so bad it was nasty, its going on 2-3 years now and im still fighting it. but i almost got it cleared up. and i got some leaky swollen nipps, which took way more than just the formadrol to get rid of.

    just be careful, just cause its legal dosent mean its safe or not going to hurt you
