D-bol/Test/Deca - GREAT RESULTS!!
I'm currently in my 7th week of the following cycle:
weeks 1-6: 30mg/ed d-bol, 600mg test/wk, 300mg deca /wk, 1.25mg letro/ed
weeks 7-10: 600mg test/wk, 300mg deca/wk, 1.25mg letro/ed
week 11: 600mg test/wk, 500ius hcg /eod, 1.25mg letro/ed
week 12: 500ius hcg/eod, 1.25mg letro/ed
week 13: pct (clomid, nolva)
I'm 6'0" and started off at 190lbs 6% bf. I'm currently 217lbs and ~11-12% bf. As you can tell from the pics, I put on the majority of my fat in the mid-section. I absolutely needed the letro since I'm extremely prone to gyno. Also, I had some lumps underneath my nipples left over from a previous cycle.Last edited by GreekDiesel; 02-18-2008 at 07:10 PM.

For shoulders, I actually do a lot of presses. I find I get the best overall results from any type of press movement. For the duration of most my cycle, I have been doing a mix of dumbbell/barbell, Arnold, hammer strength, smith machine, and regular machine presses. I would have to say that I get the best overall pump from the Arnold presses.

Your delts are almost exploding! Congrats.
I'm really glad to hear your cycle's going great, because I'm on a very similar one.
500mg/wk of test
350mg/wk of deca
100mg/day of Adrol
In the first week I gained 11 lbs, a bit fat, most of them gained from the bulk diet and the slin I'm using to kickstart.

OK, That's what i do also but i incorporate some raises also. Yours are a bit more defined than mine. Hopefully when i cut some of this fat they'll look similar to yours. Thanks man, keep up the good work.
