    7 weeks into Test Cyp Cycle

    Getting pretty ripped. Don't think I am eating enough or too lean because I really have only put on like 10 pounds tops.

    Any advice on things to improve?

    Starting to feel gyno too which really sucks. Nipples were really sore so I started on 20mg ed of nolva which is helping a bit, but really nervous about when I finish in a couple weeks. Just ordered some letro. Might start that so as I get it and finish the cycle.

    Thoughts?

    I was hoping to put on more weight than I have, want to look a thicker but still ripped.

    how many days a week you training?
    how many calories a day you eating ?
    how does your cycle look like ?

    I train five days a week, usually 1.5 hours each time.
    I try to intake around 2500-3000 calories a day.
    Shooting every 5 days at 400 of test cyp

    I think I just need to eat alot more. It's tough. I thought the cycle would make me more hungry?

    If you need an appetite throw some Equipoise in next time.

    yea u needa eat a lot mooooooooree, you can try to get sum b-12 that might help ur apetite, or i know sumthing else thats the color green that you use like a cigar, but we cant talk bout that on here

    Don't think about being hungry just watch the clock. If it has been 2 hours since the last time you ate. Eat something. Keeping a Food Journal will help you eat more also.

    last week in my cycle

    Not 100 % happy with the gains, but overall looking good.

    u wanna bump ur calories and split that cyp shot at 200mg x 2 a week
