I just got started on a new cycle, my last one was full of fakes and I didn't get Sh!t. This consists of Anadrol 50mg a day for the first 4 weeks, ran with 10 weeks of sustanon 250mg a week, I got my anti-e on hand and my post cycle clomid, I should be a killer cycle. I know one does 250mgs' a week of sustanon, but should it be a 7 day week, or 5 day week? maybe somone can help me on that?

try doing 500mg/week and do two shots a week to space them out
isnt the week based on 7 days???
