    Talking Won my first strong man comp!

    I'm really proud of myself, After 4 weeks on A-bombs, I kicked ass at the local fare grounds bi-anual strongest man competition! It seems I only add strengh, not mcuh size with anything I do, at only 215 I kicked some asses of guys upward of 300 lbs in the comp. I wasn't power lifting, it was simialiar to what Svend Carlson and all the others do, picking up rocks, tires and whaterver else. Really proud of myself, I hope to get some pics soon of me in the competition and me with the trophy, and maybe after a few more weeks on this sustaon A-bomb cycle, put on some size.......
