    Started Tonight! (Gear & Growth Diary)



    Bulking Cycle #1
    Sustanon (840mg /Week (Weeks 1) "You should now the source by the dosage"
    Sustanon (560mg /Week (Weeks 2-10)

    DECA DURABOLIN (300mg /Week (Weeks 1-10)

    Dbol "oral" (50mg /ED (Weeks 1-4) Orange "12.5 4/day"
    Winstrol "oral" (50mg /ED (Weeks 9-12) Blue

    Novadex (As Needed)

    Clomid (200mg for 1 days, 100 mg 7-10 days then 50 mg for 7-10 days)
    "Start clomid 3 weeks after your last shot"

    Using a 25G needle.

    Stacking 280 Sus and 150 Dec in one shot tiwce a week!

    First shot on sunday the 12/01/02 "only problem was pressure cause the needle to pop off the syringe replied and continued" i the glute

    Will probaly use 23g next time around

    1 Banana 1 P 27 C 1 F

    Meal#4 (2:30)
    4oz Chicken Breast 22 P 2 C 3.5 F
    Brown Rice
    .5 Liter Water

    Meal #5 A&B (Pre and Post-Workout Drink) (5:30 [Less 15 minutes before exercise]) and (7:30ish)
    1.5 Scoop of Designer Protein 26 P 4.2 C 1.8 F
    (¼ cup) 20 Grams of Maltodextrin 0 P 20 C 0 F
    (¼ cup) 20 Grams of Dextrose 0 P 20 C 0 F

    Hmm.. Seems high but then again I did have some coffee and Stres lvl is up a bit at work?

    Ok took second shot of three for this week...

    Preloading..

    Anyways.. when I aspirated tonight.. saw nothing but when I pulled it out I noticed some a few drops of blood very minumul but some shoudl I be worried?


    Also tonights workout I felt great.. the first since I started

    I assume Im holding water due to the dbol but still! hehe

    Awsome pump in triceps and felt strong and ruthless on the bench!

    The one odd thing had a lilttle waga waga with the old lady tonight and I felt that my urethera was burning a little after I came?

    Pissed fine after a little bit.. no burning.. odd?

    Sunday and I fell kinda bloated.. expecialy in the gut.. hmm.. must be the dbol ..

    Feel a little cranked up today, the little lady and me have been going fist city and I have had bullshit fix it chores all weekend so no rest..

    Well weighed in last night and low and behold 201? Dont fell as bloated so I am assum,ing water butr I notice strengh gains and what seems to be more energy but that energy could be diet also. I think I mioght be losing some fat also. juats a liitle but I look lik I have a liitle more size yet im 201? only up 5 lbs in 2 weeks thpough. so im thinking im leaning up aliitle? not sure

    Here is one thing that I will most deffinatly tell anyone. SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP. Whe i dont get much sleep I notice that I suck in the gym. eod

    Now im going into my 3rd week starting in a few days.. What should be kickin in? The Deca .. the Sos?

    Feel good. mom says My neck is statring to look bigger then my head... lol

    Why is your carb count so low? Bro if you're trying to bulk I think you should eat about 3g/lb bodyweight. Thats always worked very well for me

    Third week I will ad more carbos.. trying to up my calories slowly the first feew weeks to avoid as much fat gain as possiable
