bench was awesome today 365x10, 405x6, 455x2
gut looking kinda bad but im gonna cut the carbs and fat back starting tommorow but for now im happy with results and strength

im doing loeffler testerona4l-a(I will never do this type of test again) its a 250 blend gave me alot of probs at injection sites and rashes. combined with decca 200. Doing two one cc shots, one on monday and one on thur. Plus this is the first cycle I knew what I was doing and the first I did test.
