hey ive been liftin for about 3 years now im 5'7 162 BF 9.2%
i wanted to start a cycle and ive been doin research for about half year now and i think im ready to start, ive made a few post but now many answers
Im lookin to gain 15 pounds(so get to aroudn 177lbs) and get my body fat to around 8.5 to 7.5,i know diet plays a big role in it and im pretty good with what i eat. so if you could please check out my cycle would greatly help
