1ST Cycle--Give me your thoughts~
Hey guys,
Been around this board reading for months--thought it was time to join and post. Been training for 12 years now, and looking to go on my first cylce.
I am 27 years old, 6'3", 260lbs., BF is around 17-18% right now, as I have begun my bulking for the winter. I am looking to start off my first cycle with this:
Weeks 1-14: Test E 500 mg
Weeks 1-5: Dbol 40mg/day
Keeping PCT drugs on hand for the duration. I am not sure if I should add in some Deca to this, I was thinking 300mg, but not sure if I will need all of that for my first cycle. PCT to start 2 days after my last Test E shot.
People do ask me all the time if I am already taking steroids , I have been serious about training for so many years, and have pretty good genetics--so I want to try this out for the first time now.
You guys can go ahead and rip me, tell me what you think...suggestions, anything. I'd like to hear from everyone--I will post pics when I get my gear, when I finally 100% decide on what to use, hopefully you all can help me with that.

I think you should get fat down < 15% .
I think a month of shorter duration weight regiments and hard core cardio will put you in the right place.
Use your cycle as a goal for Cardio time .

I have read that it is better to be leaner when starting--is this true even in you want to do a "true" bulk cycle? I plan on adding a lot of mass and I know fat will come with that-- but I want to bulk up over the winter, then cut down for a competition next summer.
What are your worries if you start with 18% BF?

Higher Bf % have a higher chance of estrogen side effects .
Increasing water retention that comes when cycling is amplified in fat tissue .
Blood pressure and over all health may be compromised in a large gain of weight in a short period of time . Adding 1 or 2 lbs of weight /week is unnatural and stressful to the heart .
Therefore you need to be in good physical condition before starting a cycle .
Body fat @ 12 is optimal .
Example :Try being winded and going in a dry sauna .
I'm sure there is more that can be added .
