Hey. I have decided to start my very first cycle, and wanted to have an online log because I've been keeping to my own paper journal for a couple years and thought it would be the perfect time to get some insight. I began my first cycle on November 14, 2010. First injection was at 7:00PM.
1-14 Test E @ 600mg (1cc 2x per week)
1-10 Deca @ 250mg (1/2cc 2x per week)
Nolvadex if needed.
PCT
Nolva- 40/40/20/20
Clomid- 100/100/50/50
Age - 19
Weight - 195 lbs

Diet:
Meal 1: 8:00
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cup oatmeal
- egg whites
- 2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
Meal 2: 11:00
- 6 oz. chicken breast
- 215g sweet potato
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 scoop protein
- salad
Meal 3:
- 6 oz. chicken breast
- 1.5 cup rice
- 1 apple
- broccoli
Meal 4:
- apple
- 1 can tuna
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup CC
- 1 cup kashi go lean crunch
Post workout:
- 40g oats
- 1 scoop protein
Meal 5:
- 3 egg
- 6 oz. beef
- 1 tbsp. pb
- fish oil
I compete nationally, and have decided that if I want to pursue this as my dream, it was time to begin my first cycle. All comments and advice is appreciated.
