week1-4:30mg dbol ed
week1-9:200mg deca +500mg test enan
week12:clomid

i will be training 4days/week with a big intensity

could extend the deca / test to 10 weeks as well. your call

yea i know i will run clomid for 21 days ,and for the 10 weeks thing i have a quantity that let me run it for 16 weeks

Also bro if u want to keep as much gains as possible run HCG 500 iu every 10 days this will help a lot to keep gains. But i noticed that u did not mention anything about anti e's , if i were u I would run adex at .5mg /ed wks 1-12
