Forgot to add stats:
30 years old, no fat (except a tiny beer gut) looking to gain quality mass (not too much) and get cut/shredded. Thats with lots of cardio + separate workouts 3X week.
How did you come up with the mg doses if they are 5mg tabs?

Silly... Math class: 3 tabs in a day X 7 days/week X 5 mgs/tab = 105 mg/week.
On the top of that column it says "Anavar mg/Week" and the left column in in "weeks".
