training 12 years! Never juiced! Need help with first cycle

I am 27 and I have been training for 12 years. I have tried every legal supplement out there and nothing is getting me any bigger. I started out at 145lbs and I am now 180lbs with 7-8% body fat. I have mass and abs all year long. Ok so I want to try a cycle for 2 reasons:

1) My body is tired of the abuse and needs to heal especially my joints. I take off a week every several months. I just took off 2 months and I still hurt.

2) I want to get past my platueau of 180lbs and put on about 10lbs or so.

I am scared to try this shit becuase I have a bad attitude already and I am afraid to lose it. I have good will power to control myself but I dont want this stuff to put me over the edge. Plus I want to keep what I gain since I busted my ass for 12 years with out anything. I have done a NPC show and placed 3rd out of 12 guys. Not bad! I will show you guys pics of you what to see them to help you better understand me.

WHAT WOULD YOU GUYS RECOMMEND FOR ME???

Bro no flame but that's not good advice. Sus should be shot EOD and 100mg of deca a week wont do shit.

Bro, I think you should do something like:
1-10 Test 400mg/wk
1-10 EQ or Deca 300mg/wk

Thats a somewhat low dose cycle, and follow it up with clomid therapy. That should be a solid first cycle though.

Also, roid rage is complete bullshit... Most of us on here have attitudes also, and we all agree that Roid Rage is BS. I just get really cocky when I'm on the sauce. But I'm cocky all the time..

definetly go with sust 250 eod and roid rage for myself is minor and generally have a pretty shitty attitude. the cockyness goes up about 300% though. the only time i get the rage is if some little bitch in the gym is talking shit about all his training knowledge and how gear is for fags, that makes me upset and i want to pop his head off.

if you take sust 250 eod then that is about 750mg per week which is what i think should get you some fucking killer gains.

IMO 750mgs/wk is too much for a first cycle.. I would run Test Enanthate or Test Cypionate 400mgs per week. Plus I am not a supporter of Sust due to teh "Sust flu" and all..

I really suggest doing some more research before you hit the cycle though. I didnt know shit either when I joined not too long ago and I learned a shitload within a couple months. Just keep reading bro, you will learn a lot and feel better about the shit when you know what it is and does when you stick yourself.

MY first cycle was sust250 eod and test Enathate once a week and i never ever got a flu or even a runny nose.

i think
35 mg dbols wk1-4
400 deca wk1-10
500 test enanthate wk1-10
3 weeks after last shot start nolvadex and clomid

dbols will be good to kickstart the cycle and also help to gain more mass and strenght,after that the deca and test will do you wonders if you work on it.peace

good first cycle is

sust250---- 500ml a week 1-10 week

d-bol--- 30-40mg 1-4 week

that should give u some sweet gains and strength. and always remember to have anti-e on hand during a cycle and 3 weeks after last sust shot clomid therapy 300mg day1, 100 next days 2-14 , and then 50 mg the next days 15-22

i wouldnt recommend sust. for any first cycle becaus its a pain in the ass .
