MDMA's 10 Week Prop/EQ Results...
Cycle was 100mg Prop EOD/400mg EQ for 10 Weeks.
My Cycle goal was to put on about 10 SOLID pounds, really focusing on my calves/chest/quads.
Before Stats:
6'0 - 195 pounds, 10% bf
Arms - 16 1/4
Calves - 15 1/2
Quad - 25
Chest - 45
Waist - 34
After Stats:
6'0 - 212 pounds, 12% bf
Arms - 17 1/4
Calves - 16 1/4
Quad - 27
Chest - 48 1/2
Waist - 35
General thoughts: Took a trip to Missouri when I was about 210 pounds and 4 weeks into my cycle, only brough enough gear for a 3 day trip and ended up be literally trapped in Missouri for 2.5 WEEKS. So I lost pretty much everything I gained in the first 4 weeks of this cycle - but I mustered up and gained it back, enough to meet my goals anyways. Despite this mishap, the rest of the cycle was a success.

Good bi peaks and lat thickness...I think if you concentrate on flies for your upper peck, mid and lower you'll bring out the work you did on your chest.
Uppers I like to sit on the peck deck low and have my hand ext a little above my shoulders as I fly (light-med weight, major contraction)
Mids I go heavy on a flat bench with dumbbells keeping my arms perpendicular to my body
Lower I like cable scoops where you scoop underneath your pecks for hard contraction...
Good shoulders and traps...
Solid forearms too...
