Learned how to pose a little better which certainly also helps, but I think the gains are still noticeable nonetheless

Thanks bro!!! Judging by the rest of you, i'm willing to bet your back looks pretty damn good!!
My entire routine is so dynamic (i.e. completely changes every 2 weeks), it'd be nearly impossible to lay it out as I have no single 'go to' back routine.

if i done tren again i dont think i would have a G.F i didnt sleep for 10 weeks and i was rapidly going mentally insane but it is amazing ........ so i will prob do it again and then post pictures of me locked in a cupboard with only my food for the day lol
