4th cycle (Over the past 7 years) I took a good deal of time off from lifting so, Its been a tough battle getting back my size, plus a bad injury.

Glad you guys like my TV Its a 55' Mitsubishi, Just got it, and I'm gonna put surrond in soon. Thats what the wires are in the background. Goals: Gain about 20 lbs of lean muscle mass, and take off some of the fat. I may take out the Dbol . Gonna try it for a while and see how it goes.Thanks

Uh oh look what I started. Mitsu makes a great quality monitor for sure.
If youve never tried dbol then I would leave it out. You can get there w/o it. Too many sides to outweigh the good. The lower back pain is a bitch when youre tryin got go heavy. The prop at 100mgED will do the trick as far as pumps and gym aggression.
Once the test kicks in and the dbol an dthe prop your looking at a lot of water retnetion and bye bye nice slim physique.
Just tryn to help.

I dont know about the nice slim physique Though... LOL... I'm tryin though. I have been thinking about taking the dbol out, but I already started and figure I'll give it a shot for a short while bro. Back pain huh? I have read that, and it does not sound fun. Thanks

IF you get the back pain..carry a excercise ball around with you in the gym and roll your back between sets...did wonders for me!!! And good luck on the cycle bro..you look to be set for some AWESOME gains....keep that diet spot on bro!!

One week in, and I have gained 9 lbs. I'm currently at 197 as of this am, with no food on board. I feel a bit bloated, I'm sure its the dbol . I'm gonna stick the dbol out, I like it so far. I have felt some strength gains already, but nothing to huge. Bicep feels a lot better, did bi's today. Motivated for sure, and feeling the prop kick in! Sex drive is starting to kick in to overdrive. No back pain yet, and very little injection pains either. I dont think I mentioned I'm taking proviron 25mg's ed. Should that be 50mg's or is 25 enough? Hitting the saw palmetto, milk thistle, Amino 2222, and about 300-400 grams of protien ed.

Three weeks in!
Well I'm in my third week now. Hormones are on overdrive, I feel sorry for my woman now. Things are going great, but It turns out I have tendonitis in my rt bicep. Doc told me to ice and heat, and take it easy on it for two weeks. Gained 11 lbs so far, Im sure most is water, but making some great gains in the weight room. Here's a new pic from today. Went to a pro-lacrosse game last night and got a lot of comments about my size, that felt great. Anyway thanks bros. I'll keep updating you
