last month i sturted my clen/eca cycle with diet and cardio i was 250lb and about 20-21% bf now in 1 month i am 230lbs (ididnt have a bf test) and i lost 2.5 inshes from my waist i lost 1/2 insh from my arms chest still the same ,i lost size in my legs but i dont know how mush coz i didnt measure them befor cutting what do u think about this progress??is that good or should i make something to improve it
