Sleep was okay last night, woke up around 3:00 with a killer neck crick. Pinned 50mg whinny left quad no issues. Diet was spot on today. Also took in 120mcg clen & 125mcg T3. Cardio was done post weights and was (45 min stationary bike)

Sleep was sh!t, dang crick in my neck again. Waking temp 99.9. Diet was spot on today. Pinned 50 mg right delt. Also took 120mcg clen 125mcg T3 & .25 adex. Cardio was fasted (45 min treadmill).
Also I take keto every night before bed 1mg first 3 weeks then going up to 3mg the rest.

Sleep was crap again and it was the same culprit. The wife is starting to be affected by my lack of sleep. Waking temp 99.8. Diet was good today. Skipped the HIIT today for traditional cardio (1hr elliptical)

Sleep crap neck! Wife made me an appointment with the chiropractor. Waking temp 99.9. Diet perfect today. Carb free day on the cycle so I did struggle through it. Fasted cardio (45min brisk walk with my great Dane). Pinned 200mgT400 & 50mg whinny. Also took 120 mcg clen and 125mcg T3.

Cardio was fasted and was a 45 min walk with my great Dane. Under chiropractors advice took today off from weights but he also advised to continue tomorrow.

Sleep was mostly good last night. Woke up once with my neck. I'm gonna mix in some back with legs today since I missed back yesterday. Diet was killer again today. Pinned 50mg whinny left pec no issues. Also took in 120mcg clen & 125mcg T3. Cardio was not done today.

Sorry to report but cycle is going to have to be cut short. I spent almost 4 straight days in the hospital with a GI that would let me stop puking or having diarrhea. I was in severe pain and was put on morphine for it. I was badly dehydrated. Couldn't keep anything down more than a few seconds. Pulled a muscle in my back with all the puking. Dropped down to 188 while I was in there and can't really function properly now. I can move around for 20-30 min then I gotta take a break. When pct start time gets here I will run PCT and be looking forward to this winters bulk cycle (test/deca ). Thanks for following and as soon as I'm back to more normal physically I'll be more regular on the boards again!
