I finished my first cycle about a month ago and I am going to start a new one in about a month. My first cycle consisted of only Omnas for 8 weeks, I gained about 17 lbs. Here are my stats as of this morning.

Height: 6'
Weight: 207 lbs.
Arms: 16"
Chest: 44"
Waist: 34"
Legs: 24"
Calves: 16"
Forarms: 12"

I know what my weakness' are and I plan on bringing them up on this coming cycle. I will post pictures soon to show my progress. All critiques are welcome. And if you feel the need to flame... go ahead, it will drive me harder in the gym. Thanks a lot guys.
