    bro if you want to drop 37 lbs of fat, then your body fat is way over 10%, plus that cycle wont lean you out, id be very amazed if you got the reults you want from this cycle....

    im not saying your lying bout your body fat, its just alot of people on this board dont know the proper way to get it tested..and then say there at a body fat thats to low...Madmax

    watch diet and lots of cardio would wait to loose at least twenty to twenty five pounds before cycling.if you are looking to lose 37 lbs of b.f. the first twenty shouldn't be to hard as long as evrything is in check.good luck

    i thought your body fat was 10% now and you were wanting to get to 8%...i still dont believe youll loose much fat on that cycle bro, if i was you i would seriously reconsider...even with eca and clen you wont loose more than 5-12 lbs....if you were using var, fina, masteron stuff like that id say your goal is a little more attainable but with what you are running i dont belive youll get there...hope it works out for you bro...Madmax

    bro im telling you, if you dont believe me, post it on another forum or pm a mod or vet and explain your situation....i just want to see you have a good cycle...im almost 100% positive any other mod or vet on this board will say its an unatainable goal.....Madmax

    Ok well thank you all for the input....

    today is day 3 of hardcore dieting and I have stuck to the plan to a t. My workouts have been intense and my current weight is 276(probly all water) but i look better in the mirro and feel better already so im happy so far...ill update soon bros

    Go for it bro. Best of luck to you. I am on a similar cycle right now. Try ing to gain some lean mass and drop 4-5% body fat. I am currently about 12 I would guess. The gear has nothing to do with the fat loss my diet and cardio is what I am relying on to do that.
