well i'm in week 5 and making decent progress

i'm up about 5lb and leaning out nice.

had some obliques start coming out last week

now need them damn michelin tires to go away.

can really tell if strenght went up bc i have had to go really light and only 3 day a week lifting due to my ribs. (bf you guys flame me for starting bf they were healed, thought they were and they started to hurt again)

eq @ 400mg/week
primo @ 200mg/week ( till i get more)
var @ 50mg/day
