    Inkedup's Road to Redemption Log!!

    Current Stats:
    5'11"
    202 lbs
    14 % bf
    45 yrs old

    Cycle plan:

    Week 1-16: 600mgs test c
    Week 1-16: 700mgs proimobolan
    Weeks 1-16 200mgs tren e
    Weeks 1-15 800mgs deca
    Weeks 1-18 Low dose dbol - 15mgs/day in 3-5mg doses
    AI-up to pct stane at 25mgs/day to start
    Prami -will work up to .5mg-.75mg/day depending
    HCG - 250ius-2x/week up to 3 days pre pct

    PCT to start 18 days post final cyp injection
    PCT Nolva: 40/20/20/20/20/20
    Clomid: 70/35/35/35

    Gear and hcg is AML except primo thats homebrewed. Stane is from a l i n. PCT is ARR as is Prami.

    Supps: Low dose cialis -6mg/day / NAC 1200mg/day Udca on hand / Red Yeast Rice (from Japan - the us stuff has the statins removed guys-it virtually useless to reduce cholesterol-the fda saw to that)

    Diet: Ill get into this more with my daily updates but it will be moderate carbs / higher healthy fats, moderate to high protein.
    Ill start at around 3200 cals and be well up over 4000 by the end.

    Training will be HIT focusing largely on negatives and forced reps to accomplish total failure...again more on that when i log daily.

    The fact of the matter is I havent been truly pleased with myself since I joined this site. I joined here at the peak of my physical condition but right after being in a severe car accident that had me in a wheelchair for months. I deteriorated but got back to varying degrees but never where I was upon joining here. This is the one that will get me back there.

    Friday 1/24/2014

    So today is an off day as far as training. I started my cycle just over 2 weeks ago and things are kicking in nicely. The T400 and dbol are def working and the deca is starting to as well. My knees and elbow are starting to feel a bit better. I am pleased with the gear so far for sure.
    My diet has been excellent, you can see me posting what i eat fairly often here: http://forums.steroid.com/nutrition-...right-now.html . Diet is Moderate carbs in the form of fruits, low gi carbs like brown rice oatmeal and sweet potatoes as well as greens in the form of raw spinach and romanine lettuce and broccoli for the most part.
    Training is going well. I havent felt sore like this in year. I do essentially 2 warm up sets and 2 working setd for each exercise. Im working with a training partner so each working set finishes with forced reps or negatives..to total failure. Starting monday Ill log my workouts here along with my gear use and touch on diet. Every couple weeks I'll update stats.
    Please feel free to follow along, comment, constructively criticize, and I am always open to suggestions.

    Monday 1/27/2014
    Yesterday did shots of AML Test/Deca /Tren and Homebrewed Primobolan .
    Woke up today and took 12.5mg stane and 5mg dbol . Added 250mgs chinese red yeast rice and 1000mg NAC into my am protein shake.
    Shake was 50gr protein, 1/2 cup oats, blueberries,strawberries and ground flax.
    Today is leg day. Will update post workout re: my workout.

    Ok so each exercise consisted of 2 warm up set and 2 working sets to failure. I started off with 10 mins on treadmill to warm up legs. Then smith machine squats. Followed with hack squats. Leg press. Lying leg curl. Leg Ext and seated calf raises. I literally almost puked 2 seperate times. When I walk down my steps at home it feels like in going to keep right on going. Killer workout. The rest of my day as far as supplementation. 2 more doses of dbol at 5mg each. 12.5 more mgs stane. .5 mgs prami. Diet remained on point and I was about 80 cals over. All in all a good day.

    Tuesday 1/28/2014
    Woke up and took 12.5 mgs Stane and 5 mgs dbol (breakfast of champions lol)
    Followed up with protein shake with 50gr protein and pineapple and blueberries. Added in one tablespoon of flax,250mgs chinese red yeast rice and 1200mgs NAC.
    Today will be shoulders. Ill update this post after shoulder workout. My diet can for the most part be followed in the what are you eating now thread. My caloric intake right now is about 3400 cals/day. Damn clean cals so far. Test kicking in more and more each day. All the symptoms are there from sex drive to assertiveness to feeling damn good. Deca the same joints feeling better and better. I like the tren at a low dose as well. The only side i even get is very slight night sweats and i mean barely noticeable. Its beautiful. The primobolan ho the hell knows if its doing anything - can never really tell esp this early on. Im ony doing it cause i had it. The other stuff is the AML stuff I bought. This stuff was some powder I homebrewed. I had plenty so I just threw it in. Update after workout! LAter!

    Tuesday 1/28/2014 ct'd

    So my workout went well. Encountered a little bbit of an issue. I had a bad sshoulder injury little over a year ago. Took tb500, physical therapy, it healed great. Well today warming up doing shoulder presses so,ething didnt ffeel right in the shoulder. Like not right at all. I was afraid to to my pressing movemets to total failure with it feeling the way it did. I did 2 warm up sets of overhead presses then I went right into upright row hands shoulder wwidth (i dont usuall do this exercise but i wasnt pressing heavy). Did 2 warm up sets then had my spotter stand in from of me. Did first set had him help me force last 3 reps. Then second set had him take me to failure then help me and did 3 reps of negatives. I then went on to side laterals, fron lateral and bent over rear laterals. Finished all of these (did 2 working sets of ech exercise) with negatives. Spotter basically lifted my arm up and i lowered them slowly. I never had a spotter doing these exercises but we figured it out. I was disappointed with not being ble to press but ill tell you what my shoulder were on fire so id say it was asucess.. Supplementation the rest of day consisted of 2 more 5mg dbol, 100mgs primobolan and 15mgs glutamine. Diet going very well. Fridge is full if precooked healthy food. ground turkey meatloaf , 3/4 of an entire turkey breast i roasted off tonight, 4 cups of cooked brown rice and a drawer full of fresh bags of spinach and 4 green peppers. Tonight before bed Ill be taking .5mg prami. Thats a wrap for today. Till tomorrow!

    Pre-fatigue you delts if the issue continues. Try one at a time dumbell upright rows instead of barbell. Much better and you can work within your range of motion easier.

    Great back workout. to failure and beyond 5 exercises. 2 wram up/2 working sets each. Utilized forced reps and negative as I have been. Pump ws unreal. Rest of daily supplementation included 2 more 5mg dbol, 12.5 mgs more of stane and tonight before be ill take .5mg prami. I also think im gonna take some ketotifen to help me sleep. been tough getting restful sleep last few days. I have a couple kits of Pharma GH..I might start doing a couple iu's each night before bed just to help sleep..not sure yet. Was gonna save it till I had enough to run it properly. Any thoughts on that from anyone?

Today will be chest. Ill update my daily diet in the thread linked above (What are you eating RIGHT NOW?) and will update this thread with my supplementation throughout the day and my workout. Still awaiting inout re: low dise GH every night to help me sleep. Gimme your thoughts guys...

    Ill be following this. I see you are taking the arr prami but still have trouble sleeping. When I take that stuff it knocks me out. Doesnt do that to you?

    So remainder of daily supplementation was 2 more 5mg doses of dbol, 12.5mgs stane, and .5mg prami.
    workout went well. Chest is one of the better bodyparts as far as HIT when it comes to the forced reps and negatives, mainly due to ease of spotting. did 5 total exercises (flatbench,incline bench, decline bench, flatt dbell flys and pec deck flys) 2 warm up sets/2 working sets. Went to total failure..to the point of when doing negatives on presses i almost just gave out. If spotter wasnt there Id have had a serious problem. I never dreamed I could be so sore doing so few working sets...but I am.

    Woke up banged homebrew primo. Took 5mg dbol and 12.5mg stane. Followed immediately with breakfast of oats protein powder honey and walnuts.Updates throughout the day to follow. Note I am very tired man. Sleep quality still sucks..need a solution quickly. To pjliftsalot - prami usually makes me tired but it doesnt seem to be doing it very much on this cycle..at all. If it doess I seem to get to sleeep then get very restless and hour or so into my sleep or even wake up for a while. Usually prami knock meout cold for the night.

    When I can't fall asleep or wake up and can't go back, Melatonin helps me get some rest. If that fails, Zquil usually works. I don't really like to use that unless really necessary, though. Hope you get some rest!

    Yeah thanks man, I appreciate it. I took some ketotifen the other night cause it knocks me out but even it didnt hep all that much.

    you bet! The wife actually turned me on to Melatonin. She finds it to be pretty mild and uses it often. It usually knocks me out and I don't take it much. It's natural and non habit-forming. You might hit up Austinite. He usually has some combination of amino witches brew to handle most anything and I recon insomnia is a pretty common complaint.

    Woke up took 5mg dbol , 12.5 mg Stane. Made protein shake 50gr vanilla with 1200mgd NAC, 250mgs Chinese RYR,Mango, Banana, Blueberris and Tablespoon ground Flax.
    Gonna be tough to make gym today (supposed to do legs) We are getting nailed with snow 4"already and still coming down like crzy. Started as rain so sheet of ice underneath. May have to improvise. Might end up do high rep stuff to total failure at home as I dont have the weight or the spotter to do heavy low rep sets with negative or forced reps. Things are really kicking in. Very Pleased with AML T400, deca and tren . The A l i n GP Stane is GTG and the ARR praami also doing its job. My sexdrive between the test and Prami it insane at the moment and Im starting to see changes physically. People who say it takes 5 weeks for test to start to work blah bkah blah are crazy. It hasent been 5 weeks and this isnt the small 15mg dbol daily im feeling and seeing changes from. Anyway will update later.

    Diet: Ill get into this more with my daily updates but it will be moderate carbs / higher healthy fats, moderate to high protein.
    Ill start at around 3200 cals and be well up over 4000 by the end.

    Training will be HIT focusing largely on negatives and forced reps to accomplish total failure...again more on that when i log daily.The fact of the matter is I havent been truly pleased with myself since I joined this site. I joined here at the peak of my physical condition but right after being in a severe car accident that had me in a wheelchair for months. I deteriorated but got back to varying degrees but never where I was upon joining here. This is the one that will get me back there.

    It's good to hear things are going well so far. I notice the extra test in my system right away but the gains really start to kick after a few weeks. Keep putting the effort in to your nutrition bro. We all no it starts there and your doing a great job of being consistent with your eating
