    WRSTLR69SDNL cycle diary

    Well thought I would start a Cycle diary here its not a actuall AS cycle its a 1-AD and 4-AD cycle I wll be taking 300mgs of 1-ad ed and 600mgs of 4-ad ed I am going to be bulking so its going to be a basic high protien high carb medieum fat intake started one of these so you guys can kick my ass so I stick to it I will post my mon-sun daily intake later I am still working on it

    Bro I would love to hear from a guy that is going to take a pro-hormone cycle..be honest with your gains..I may even try it if it looks good! I was actual looking at the Twin Lab stack before going to the DARK SIDE!

    this is kind of a run down on wht I will be eating throughout the day

    Morning
    2 scoops whey protein 5 egg whites 1 egg yoke I slice of toast

    Lunch
    Tuna sandwhich tuna will be mixed in with 1 scoop of low fat manyase and some mustart with a salsa (got to have greens even though I hate them)

    Pre-Workout
    regular can of tuna with 1 scoop of protien

    after-workout
    MRP(is it good to have those after a work out or should I mix that in with lunch?) and bottle of gatoraid

    Dinner
    1 Whole chicken breast (with some kind of cooked vebitable not sure what kind whatever I pick up probably) and a baked potato


    Supps

    I will be taking with every meal ginger root I also have Liver Aid which I heard was pretty good

    I also have amino acids that I will take prior and after my workout

    Phosphagen HP

    1-ad and 4-ad

    and tribex 500 (now I just have to kind the times when to take the tribex?)

    I would also be curious to see what your bloodwork would look like before, during, and after this "cycle." This would check up on how these drugs effect your test, est, rbc, lipids, liver enzymes....

    You usually have to go to your doctor. I usually go to my school, theyll test for everything except test levels for free.

    If you want your testosterone levels checked, go see you doc. youll probably just have to pay the co-pay, depending on what type of ins you have.

    So I was wondering what do you guys think of my diet any coments Its just kind of a run down on what I will be eating i have a Diet calculator on my computer and will be putting down everything I eat complaments of a board member

    The only thing that i would add to the diet would be a can of tuna or a protein shake before bed so that you body has something to feed off of when you sleep! Looks good so far bro!!

    Question, wen I did 1AD before I ran 600mg a day for 8 weeks, it was several bottles. You only have one bottle?

    Good Info. From my experience with 1AD I would increase strength all over and keep it but would lose the weight I put on after I stopped. The third try I used 6-OXO after and kept the weight to.

    I had a fork in the road I just noticed that I have 4-ad 250mgs each pill so I am uping my dose to 750mgs a day

    Thanks for the info bro my phasphagen hp has 35g of carbs which helps with the carbs I need for the morining I am loading it right now thanks for the input.

    Just had my second meal 1 whole chicken breast another shake of phopsphagen hp and a protien shake will take my andro with my pre-workout meal

    well just had last meal it was a chicken salad with my last does of the day of 1ad and 4ad and phosphagen hp also took liver aid and ginger root again thats basicly what I am going to be eating throughout the 8 weeks now if I can get ahold of a camera I will take before during and after pics and scan them on a friends computer if I can though

    I can tell a difference I was able to do a couple more reps then usual and the pumps were crazy my arms felt like they were going to explode

    Thought I would update you guys so far I have gained 5 pounds I upped my dosages I am able to do a few more reps then before and my diet is going good people are already saying I am getting bigger

    I am staying between 8-12 reps 4 sets unless I am doing legs then I do a pyramid principle

    A little up date I upped my dosage and I had the best chest workout yesterday my 1rm went up at least 15lbs I am gaining size on my shoulders and arms my back and I am starting to be more defined this is my 3rd week into my cycle

    Well a little update I am doing really good still gaining strength and more definition my diet is going very well more the diet better the gains I say now

    Its officially over I gained a total of 17lbs and went up in all my lifts I am doing my post cycle right now I going to do tribex 2000mgs a day for 4 weeks
