    water retention

I took durabolin for a bout 7 weeks and gained about 20 lbs and i experienced some water retention in my face at about the 5th week stage. I've been off it for 18 days nows and the water retention looks like its still there ! I just wanted to know how long it takes for the water retention to fully go away and the puffiness in my face to go ... ?

Couldn't tell you, but if you drink lots of water you'll tend not to hold so much. Maybe try drinking 5 to 8 liters a day for a while and see what that does.

You may also want to cut down on your salt intake if it's high.

just go straight for 8 liters. i drink 1 liter of water with every meal. so 7 meals = 7 liters and i drink 1.5 liters at the gym and 1 liter of milk from protein shakes, so 9.5 liter ed, almost 2 gallons of fluid. this is my anti-estrogen, lol j/k!
