2 weeks until finish - Test E + Winstrol + ECA
Weeks 1-12 Test E 500/wk
Weeks 6-12 Winstrol 50mg ED (oral)
Weeks 8-12 ECA stack
Glucosamine
Fish oil
Salmon oil
Multivitamins
Milk thistle 1 month prior started
N2guard
Diet - 6 smaller meals/day consisiting of broccoli,chicken,spinach,brown rice,greek yogurt, Kale salads, Turkey, asparagus, green beans, and on sundays I get a small bag of ketchup chips.
PCT week 13-16
I am 2 weeks out and have never felt/had better athletic performance in my life. It had been a while since I had done a cycle and after a back injury in July I was out for a bit and put on quite the weight. Get to gym once a day and twice a day from Thursdays-Mondays. Bloods all good and my vitals have actually gotten way better sitting at 110/60 after multiple checks, Precycle my vitals were sitting around 125/75. Quit smoking too
Pre-Winstrol:
Currently:
Lifts have all increased significantly, was 192 starting and now sitting at 184 with insane cardio x daily
When I get lifting the vascularity is rediculously awesome and muscle hardness is great. First cycle I have ran in a couple years but researched and planned to get to where I want to be.
Let me know some feedback.

Hey bud, you've for sure leaned out from the pics you posted / given that you have to invest in new pants. I at this point have bulking clothes and lean clothes (size 34 jean and size 32..where the 32 needs a belt to stay on)
Now don't take my observation in a negative way, but @ 500mg/week of Test, I would have assumed you'd put on some muscle while leaning out. Maybe it's just the pics, but it appears that you simply leaned out without the muscle hardening effects. Of course diet has a lot to do with my point beyond gear alone, but I would have expected the pics to show a little more muscle gain is all.
All that being said, I'm happy that you're happy with your results....so good on you

Thanks for reply guys! My diet was a bit low on Macros so I changed it up and brought protein up quite a bit and started getting way better results. I'm just heading off to gym for some shoulders/calves so I'll see if I can get updated finished pic after of current, that other current pic is from 3 weeks ago while I was 2 weeks out from finish,

To be honest I am actually starting to question if the Medistar Winny was a bad quality. Looking back now I feel I cut that small with just diet and cardio, the Test definitely kicked in. Down to 181 now but my shoulders have blew up . What are your thoughts? Bunk Winny? Just on nolva currently for pct. I've always noticed very quick changes in my body though.
Damn collarbone is still really messing with me.

was -27 here in Northern Canada today but that also means the gym is empty = woohoo

I personally believe that you should over provision when it comes to PCT. The last thing you want to have happen is loose all of your gains as a result of a poor or short PCT.
Another observation is that is appears that you were not on HCG during your cycle, which means that your testes are 100% shut down. This point further emphasizes the need to do a strong PCT to give your body every fighting chance to get up and running to keep gains.
My suggestion (may seem like overkill) is:
Clomiphene: 4 weeks @ 100mg ed first 2 weeks, 50mg ed last 2 weeks.
Nolvadex : 4-6 weeks @ 20mg ed (40mg ed for first 2 weeks if you wish)
