    Extra Chest Bench Work: 2 warm up bar to chest, 3 working at 80% max to failure

    Shoulders

    Hammer Strength Press: 1 feel, 3 working with double drop

    Bar Shrug: 4x20 Kept the weight light at 2 plates and did full range, tight squeeze reps nice and controlled.

    Side Fly: 4x15

    Rear Machine: 4x15

    Cable Machine Press: 4x7-10 to failure

    15 min on bike to cool down.

    Was a good session, shoulders were pumped after my worm up and chest work. Will be working on 80% max bench on shoulder days for a couple months to bring up my pecs. My legs are a mess from yesterday so I must have hit them good. Weight is slowly coming down, not trying to lose too much, but want to slowly drop some fat while putting on muscle. Not sure about this gyno, just going to ride it out with the new stane and see where it goes over the next couple weeks. Arms tomorrow, going to blast them hard.

    Arms

    Reverse grip Smith: 2 warm, 4 working with a double drop

    Single over head dmbl: 4x15 Could feel the pull in my tri from last week so kept the weight the same and got a deep stretch.

    Vbar cable: 4x12 with a drop

    Incl dmbl curl: 6 sets increasing weight each set

    Single high cable curl: 4x12

    Preacher machine: 4x12

    Dips: 4x15

    Good session, my tri is still sore on extension type movements, no pressing though. My back was sore from legs so I did some detail work on bi's. I'm a couple days into week 4 and besides the gyno issues, things are good. Strength is up and I am staying consistent at the 270 mark. It has been almost a week with no drinking and I feel good, should start to see some of the beer fat around the belly disappear slowly now. I am getting sick again, been fighting it, but it never went away from mid Dec, now it is taking hold again, fml.

    Back

    Was super revved up this morning, been battling a cold and was dead to the world yesterday but felt great today. Had a shaker full of coffee and a scoop of protein to get me started and I was jacked. I am trying to give the nerves in my wrist a break by not using straps while trying to improve grip strength, so I was struggling to hold onto my working sets for bent rows. My forearms were so swollen by the end, I could barely close my hands, even the lightest weight was hard to hold on to. This should improve it some for next week. Still fighting the gyno, don't know if I'm winning, but I am going to be patient and keep on the regiment of medication. Weight is up today, not sure why, I was down to 269 yesterday cause I was sick and didn't eat enough on Saturday, but my mid section looked flatter todady, so I will take it. Almost at the end of week 4 and feeling good, the long esters should be kicking in soon if not already. Chest tomorrow, going to try and max out reps with 225 for 5 sets and see how it goes.

    I asked in another thread if hcg had an effect on gyno and I was told it didn't, so I didn't stop. Does it counteract nolva? The lumps aren't going down, actually feel like they are getting bigger.

    Chest

    Flat bench: 2 warm 4x8 working, deep touching chest, that was way more difficult than my regular form.

    Incl dmbl: 4x10 deep stretch at the bottom

    Pec dec: 4x8 with 1 drop, tried to get a hard squeeze on every rep

    Decl hammer strength: 4x12 was getting burnt out but got a deep stretch and hard squeeze

    Low cable: 4x15

    Over all was a good workout, trying to work on my power from the bottom by bringing the weight to my chest instead of a few inches off. Felt good, shoulders didn't squawk and I got a nice pump with 225 for 4x8. Felt off today, was irritated and sore from back yesterday, my knee was sore from work too. Gyno is still a mess, lumps still seem to be getting worse and more sensitive. I'm going to stop the hcg for a while and see if this helps, I have been taking 1mg adex eod and 25mg stane eod opposite the adex for a few days trying to basically crash my e2 to stop the gyno advancement and start from scratch. Probably not the best idea, but I am sick of the lumps growing. Going to have to bite the bullet and go to the doctor I think, have to come up with some bullshiit reason for the lumps. Rest day tomorrow, I need it, I am beat.

    Start of week 5. Today is a rest day and I need it, my upper body is destroyed from the last two workouts. I have decided to discontinue the hcg to see how the gyno responds. It seems that it gets worse the day of and after the injection, so I am going to back off and hope it clears a bit over the next couple weeks. The lumps continue to grow and are almost the size of a golf ball, I thought the nolva would keep them from growing at 40mg ed for the last two weeks. I don't know what the fuk is going on with them, time to go get bloods done and see where I am at there. Everything else in going great training wise, shape is getting better, strength is up, I noticed my sex drive is down a bit the last week or two, but that is probably due to estro being out of whack.

    Back at it in the am for legs, my knee is acting up from work so not sure if I will be hammering out any heavy squats, will see how it feels in the morning.

    Work outs seem real hard core, dont be worried about toning them down for a week to let your body catch up. I do two hard weeks then one slow, light restrictive then go hard again. At our age, injuries, we need to really listen to what our bodies are telling us and RIGHT away, we cant push through. Not worth getting hurt and your just getting going. Do you use naproxen? I take eod, starting on monday ending friday. Two ed, 500mg each pharma, helps a ton. Keep up the good work, I think you will be happy when you drop the hcg

    Legs

    Xt: 4 sets increasing weight each set to warm up the knees and quads.

    Squats: 2 feel 2 working, no belt and no wraps, felt good at 3 plates for 8.

    Press: 4 sets increasing weight each set, was feeling good so I went to 10 plates a side and my knee didn't bother me at all.

    Lying curl: 4x15

    Standing calf: 6 sets increasing weight each set.

    Finished off with 4 sets of chins.

    Overall I was very happy with today's workout, I have been having some knee pain all week but it was good today so I went heavier than originally planned. First workout of week 5 and it was a good one, all the prep work is paying off. Ate a lot yesterday so my weight is up a bit, body comp is looking better through the mid section, so the water to lbm is going in the right direction. Shoulders tomorrow, going to giver hard and try some things I haven't done in a while.

    Shoulders

    Smith press: 2 warm up, 4 working double drop

    Dmbl press: 4 sets increasing weight with one drop. Got a pb with the 100's, never got them up on my own before.

    Rear machine: 4x12

    Side fly: 4x15

    High rope pull: 4x12

    Shoulders were pumped and spent, felt great. I was really stoked about getting the 100's up especially after hitting the two previous exercises hard, might throw these in at the beginning next week. My mid section is getting tighter and I'm becoming more vascular, my weight is down a few pounds from yesterday even though I ate a lot more the past two days. I added in some proviron I had on hand, there isn't a lot but will run out what I have, maybe throw in some winny when the proviron runs out.

    Arms tomorrow then rest day on Sunday, I need it cause I am feeling beat up. Going to try and get some cardio in after my workouts to get a little more detail in my mid section and bring out some more vascularity.

    Arms

    Did some 80% max bench work to start, forgot to do it yesterday. It was more difficult since I hit shoulders hard yesterday.

    Big bar curl: increased weight each set up to a working set of 155 for 8, didn't want to go any higher, form was getting sloppy.

    Incline Dumbell: 30x15 35x15 40x12 45x10 50x7

    Close Grip Press: 2 w/u 2 working 1 drop, got to 225 and could feel it in my shoulders so stayed there.

    Cavers: 4x15 nusing a pull in my tri and didn't want to push it too hard. Got a nice pump and burn.

    Overhead Rope: 4 sets increasing weight each set.

    Preacher Machine: 3 high rep sets and 1 heavy set

    Dips: 3x12

    Great workout arms were pumped and vascular. Really looking forward to rest tomorrow, my body is sore from head to toe. Mid section is coming back, been almost two weeks off the beer and it is starting to show. Been eating a lot more this week, trying to keep it whole food as much as possible. Going to go to the doc, think I have a sinus infection coming on. Have had a lingering cold for a few months now, really starting to get annoying, now it seems to have made a home in my sinuses. I see a specialist in Feb for some gland issues, this might have something to do with it.

    Back

    Bent row: 2 feel, 1 warm, 3 working 1 drop. Used straps for the 315 and 365 set reps were 15-10

    Chins: 3x10 1x8 felt good, it is hard to get my reps up at this weight, much easier at 250

    Hammer row: 4x12, kept it at 360lbs for a nice burn and deep stretch.

    Neutral pull down: 4 sets increasing weight, last set was the stack, grip was fading quick but no straps after bent rows.

    Cable D row: 4 sets increasing weight to the stack with a drop

    Hypers: 1x12 3x12 with 25lb plate, first time adding weight to these, felt god.

    My back was fried, lots of volume and lots of weight felt like a good workout. The rest day really helped get me replenished and my food intake has been on point. Still no beer but I was tempted a couple times over the weekend, it is amazing how much better I feel and how much better I am recovering. My mid section is really coming along, in the morning all dry I can see some improvement over last week for sure. Almost done week 5, tomorrow will be the final day and it should be a killer chest workout. Weight is still holding steady as the mid section leans out. I am hoping to hold on to a lean (12% or so) 275 by the end of the cycle, that would be perfect.

    Chest

    Bench: 2 warm 4 working. Keeping it at 225 to failure on each set deep to chest, trying to build more strength. Tried the thumb wrapped over the bar grip, can't tell if it was better or not. My tri's were fading at lockout today.

    Incl bell: 5 sets pyramid up and down, getting a deep stretch and hard contraction.

    Incl fly: 4 sets up in weight each set, again trying to get that deep stretch and hard squeeze.

    Hammer decline machine: 4x12

    High cable fly: 4 sets up in weight each set. Did one set on the pec deck with the stack to see if I could and got a few reps, never did the stack before it is 295 and felt good.

    Rope push down: 4x12, did these to pump the tri's a bit, was too spent for dips.

    Overall was a good session, I don't know how you guys blast through you workouts so quick, lol, I was lifting for 60-70 min today. I always warm up 5 min on treadmill with stretching, plank, and a set of 50 crunches, then off to lift.

    Today is the end of week 5 and I feel my e2 is finally under control and my body is changing noticeably. I am leaning out and getting stronger, feels good. I didn't eat enough yesterday and I was up more than normal to pee and also had a bm soon as I woke, so that could be why the weight is down so much. Rest day tomorrow, might go in for some light cardio, see how I feel.

    Rest day, start of week 6

    Finished off week 5 strong, back and chest are spent. I have been pissing like a race horse the past couple days, so my weight is down again today. I adjusted my Stane to 6.25mg every 12 hours instead of 12.5mg, now that it has been a while with no hcg I think my e2 is dropping a bit low. Shedding water, headache, and lowered libido, so I will see how I feel over the next couple days. I am going to try and eat more, but it is hard, I feel like I am ready to have a food baby by the end of the day. I guess that is one of the prices to pay to be around the 270 mark, need lots of fuel. The no drinking and T3 are really helping lean out my mid section, should start looking real good in another couple weeks, I might get the wife to snap some pics, see how it goes. Legs tomorrow, if all goes well I will be throwing up some heavier weight this week.

    Legs

    Treadmill 5 min

    Extensions: 4 sets to the stack for a warm up.

    Squats: 3 warm, 2 working with one drop. Hit 405 for 8, 405 was a goal for today.

    Press: 4 sets adding weight each set. Planned for 12 a side but hit 11 and a nickle(1000) for 8, 12 next week.

    Stiff deads: 1 feel, 3 working. Kept the weight down on these cause they tend to bother my knee and I haven't done them in a while.

    Stand calf: 1 feel, 3x12 working at the stack.

    Bike for 15 to cool down and flush the system.

    Weight was up today, I ate more yesterday, a lot more, and I think that helped. I also had adjusted my AI down a bit but felt tenderness in the nips last night so put it back. This could also have something to do with the extra weight.

    Workout was good today, feeling strong and connective tissues seem to be getting better at handling the heavier weight. Shoulders tomorrow, looking forward to it.

    Shoulders were spent and pumped. Weight was up today, I ate a ton of pasta with chicken and sausage yesterday for my lunches. Trying to pile as much food down my throat as possible, fuk it is hard to get it it all down and not want to throw it back up. Workouts are going well, moving some weight and feeling good, trying to progress a bit more every week. Arms tomorrow then rest on Sunday, these rest days feel more important as my workouts get harder, really look forward to them. I took some shiity pictures, front camera is crap on my phone and it is hard to take selfies when you are old and haven't grown up doing it, lol.

    I can't upload the pics for some reason, not sure if it is the site or my computer. It uploads the pic sideways but when I rotate it the file wont upload. Who the fuk knows, I don't have the patients to mess with it, I will end up smashing my computer in the process.

    Ya, I'm 6'6". I think I have it under control, the lumps are there and are still large. Not sure if it is wise to up the stane, I think it might be a bit elevated but not 100% sure. I feel good other wise, think I should go give blood soon, I get a weird heart thing when on juice, nothing scary, just feels different. I am eating like an animal and lifting hard, feels like I am getting thicker, definitely stronger.

    Would winny be ok to sub in as a dht when the proviron runs out?

    Close press: 2 warm, 1 feel, 1 working(too heavy 275 for 2) drop(245 for 4), 1 working(245) double drop.

    Incline Cavers: 2x15 1x14 1x12, stayed at 100 and burned them out.

    V-bar push down: 4x12xstack.

    Cable concentration curls: 4x15(what a burn)

    Incline dmbl curl: 4x15(painful lactic acid burn, break out the fire hose veins)

    Preacher machine: 4x15

    Dips: 20, 15, 14, 12.

    Slept in and had to rush today so I didn't rest much between sets and wow, what a rush and pump. Went out to eat at an Asian fusion style restaurant, sushi and Thai all you can eat. I don't like sushi but there was tons of meat to order and I did. Definitely hit my cals last night, probably 2000 or more at dinner. Funny thing is I didn't even feel over full, must be from all the giant meals I am eating all day. I had a couple shots of sake for a friends bday, never had it before.

    This was a good week in the gym, felt like I made some progress and upping the cals seemed to help. Mid section is really coming in, can see it in the morning, by dinner I look like a bloated fat pig, but all that food has to sit somewhere. Rest day tomorrow, again really looking forward to it. Not sleeping well, having mild headaches and restlessness, not sure if it is estro related, lumps were sensitive last night. Took 25mg this morning of stane instead of 12.5mg, not sure if 50mg a day will be too much. Might have to cave and go to the doc and get bloods. I don't want them to know about the juice cause I want to get the lumps removed and don't want to pay for it. I will have to figure out something.

    Rest day

    Much needed break today, my body, especially shoulders, is tired and sore. I have been eating heavy and training heavy, it is taking a toll on me today. Work has been quite physical this past week, trying to finish a big renovation job for my parents so they can move into their house this week. I think they bit off more then they could chew with the amount of work to be done in the time they had to get it done. Had to rebuild a bathroom, mud and tape the main floor ceilings and bulkheads, install new floors, and do a bunch of plumbing. My parents have been busting their asses too, but my dad has cancer and I can tell this is starting to wear him down so I am trying to do as much as I can to take some of the load off of him., thank god it isn't full blown, but it is still making it hard.

    We are getting close so this will be another hectic week. Going to lighten the weight and up the intensity with faster paced workouts to give my joints and CNS a break. I think a lighter week with a faster pace will be good for me, I have been pushing hard for a while now and some high rep stuff will be a good change up to shock the muscles.

    Hammer Row: 4x12 @ 320

    Hammer DY Row: 2x15 @ 180, 2x12 @ 320

    Under Hand Pull Down: 4x12 @ 200

    Hypers: 4x12 @ 25

    This week is lower weight faster pace, all sets are done with 45 sec rest between sets. This got my heart rate up and the pump came quick. Switching things up to give the joints and connective tissue, along with the CNS a break from heavy lifting. This should shock the body good since I usually take much longer breaks between sets. So far so good, today was a good workout, chest will be a bit more difficult, but will push through as hard as I can. My arms are still sore from the fast paced workout on Sat, and my shoulders are still sore as well. Going to try and keep the diet on point and up the cals a bit more to try and get out of this low 270's and into the mid 270's.

    My proviron is done so I will be introducing winny at 50mg ed orally, it is in liquid form but I read that it helps free up test if taken orally. Any thoughts on this, please let me know, I am open to suggestions.

    Just got back from chest and it kicked my arse. Did the fast paced workout again with 45-60 sec rest periods. It was much more difficult than back was yesterday.

    Flat Dmbl: 2 warm, 4 working

    Incl Press: 4 working

    Incl Fly: 4 working

    Hammer Decl: 4 working

    I was spent after this, almost every set of presses was to failure where I couldn't complete another rep with strict form. Was done lifting in about 30 min, but did 5 min warm on treadmill and some light stretching, so 45min total. Rest day tomorrow, looking forward to it already, going to eat, eat, then eat some more.

    I added in some winny orally at 50mg ed starting yesterday, and also adjusted my stane to 12.5mg every 8 hours. I know that is a lot of AI, but these lumps gotta go and can't risk them getting bigger. If that means tanking my e2 for a while, so be it. I will monitor how I feel and adjust if needed.

    At the halfway point and feeling good lately, focused and clear headed, really feeling in a groove and balanced. I think the gyno is starting to subside a bit on the right side, now I will keep an eye on it to see any changes. I started this ride at 257 then ballooned up to mid to high 270's when the estro went through the roof, settled in high 260's low 270's and been low 270's consistently for a while now. I am drying out a bit more everyday, the love handles are going away and the abs are coming in. My diet has been on point, maybe a little low in cals, going to start bumping them up more, not overly worried since my bf is coming down to more respectable levels. Training is going well, feel like a monster most days, and the pumps are incredible, just wish that look stayed all day. I really feel the second half of the cycle is going to be great, it has only been 3 weeks since I got really serious with diet and no drinking after the holidays. My goal now is to get over 275, closer to 280 by the end and maintain 270 after pct. I will be doing a summer cycle and want to be at least 260 8-9%, that would put my up almost 20lbs from last summer and a tad less bf. I believe this goal is attainable now that I have been back in the gym pretty serious for a couple years, but diet and consistency will be key to reaching these goals.

    Legs tomorrow and this is going to be a killer with the 45-60sec rest periods, but I am going to crush this workout, and break through some mental barriers.

    Week 7

    Legs

    Warm up 5 min treadmill and stretching/abs

    All sets done with 45-60 second rest periods

    Extensions: 1 warm, 4x12 (220)

    Squats: feel (135x15, 225x12), 2x8x275. Kept it light to protect my lower back, my quads were on fire from xt's.

    Press: 1x20, 3x12 @ 540. What a burn, the last set they were screaming for me to stop.

    Lying curl: 4x12x140

    Stand calf: 4x12x290, nice and slow, deep stretch focusing on contracting the calf muscle not the tendon.

    Did some wide grip pullups and dips to finish off, was feeling jacked from the intensity of the leg workout. I haven't been able to do wide pulls since before last summer when I had the elbow injury and they felt good, no pain. Even at this weight I was able to get 6-8 solid reps for a few sets, I was happy with that.

    Shoulders tomorrow if I make it through the day today, doing tile on the second floor and my saw is in the basement, that's a lot of stairs, lol.

    My shoulders were pumped and fried, finished in under 45 min with 45 sec rest periods. Kinda liking this faster pace, in and out of the gym fast and the pumps are insane. I think a few more weeks of this and my strength and endurance will get better and I will grow some more.

    Strong finish to the fast paced week, I feel it shocked my body well. Going to give it a couple more weeks while bringing the weights up and see how it feels. Gyno lumps feel like they are starting to shrink a bit, I adjusted my stane back to 12.5mg every 12 hours, was feeling like shit with my e2 completely crashed so hopefully this will let it come up slightly without affecting the lumps.

    Starting to see some thickness coming in through the back/shoulder/chest tie ins, especially when pumped near the end of a workout. My mid section is leaning out more and more, even though I am eating more and more, must be the T3 burning off fat. I started 50mg winny ed orally after the proviron ran out, man that stuff tastes like shit, lol. Rest day tomorrow, going to watch the big game and eat some shit food, I deserve a cheat day, but I will still be smart about it. I ate so much yesterday that when I jumped on the scale after dinner with cloths on it was 279.9, man I was stuffed.

    Cardio

    Went in for some cardio and abs, did 30min on the treadmill on random, level 12 4mph. Did some stretching, crunches, leg lifts, knee raises to the sides, incline sit ups, and some dips for a pump. Then went and rode the bike for 20min on level 12 random staying around 105rpm. Worked up a good sweat and gave my abs a little attention, they don't get much.

    Wife went and picked up 40lbs of chicken breast, put 14.5lbs in the oven for the week.

    Back, fast paced 45 sec rest between sets

    Bent row: 1 feel, 4x15 (225)

    Chins: 10, 8, 6, 6. Damn those were hard after rows and my wight being up.

    Hammer Strength Row: 4x12 (upped the weight to 320)

    Neutral Grip Pull Down: 4x12 (upped the weight to 220)

    Hammer DY Row: 4x10 (270)

    Hypers: 4x10 (upped the weight to 35)

    This one kicked my ass good, adding weight and keeping the short rest really got me going. I was feeling like an animal in the gym today, I was in a bad mood due to the dumping of snow we got over night. Had to shovel a bit before I could get to my truck to leave, and it was cold and blowing, I hate winter. Chest tomorrow and it is the last day of week 7, feeling good and my weight seems to be slowly creeping up. Starting to really notice some thickness and body comp changes, going to keep my diet on point and try to hit my goal of 280 by the end.

    End of week 7 and it was a good week, the fast pace workouts have been going well, think I will continue at 60sec rest intervals for the rest of my cycle and keep upping the weight. Rest day tomorrow then legs on Wed, going to try and up the weight and go hard. Gyno is feeling better, lumps seem to be less swollen and not as sensitive, so think I am moving in the right direction. Body comp is really changing, starting to see some decent shape up top and my quads are starting to separate, vascularity is also improving.

    Thanks bro, I was born here and all our family is here, I do miss Cali though. You just can't beat that weather, the whole vibe out there is so different than here, but I am here and will make the best of it, just a bit more miserable during the winter months. I don't feel almost 43, still feel young with a few more aches and pains, we still party and have fun with a great group of friends that ranges from early 20's to 50's. A couple years ago I let myself go pretty bad, was a 300lb fat fuk who drank everyday, had enough of that and found my way back to where I was meant to be, and where I am happiest. Meathead For Life.

    Rest

    Weighed in light today, got busy at the end of the day and didn't get a proper dinner in, had more liquid meals than I wanted. Going to try and make up for it today and eat a bit extra per meal. I am fighting the T3 and winny for weight, but I am getting leaner and fuller everyday, so I will live with it. The T3 will be running out soon, so I should start to make positive weight gains a bit easier but my bf will remain stable instead of declining. If I had to guess I would say 13-14% right now maybe 15% on days I am holing a bunch of water.

    Legs tomorrow, going to try and up the weights and really crush my legs, time to make my jeans uncomfortably tight again, maybe even unwearable, they are already tight. I see all these kids these days in "skinny jeans" and think, get the fuk in a squat rack you little bitch. I have to get extra loose cuts so I can squeeze my trunks into them and not be too tight to wear.

    Haha meathead for life here too! I'm currently in college and living with a bunch of 19 and 20 year olds and it's hard not to want to go out and party with them every weekend. But I had my fun in my early 20's and I have to agree I'm much happier now! I'll still go out for the occasional drink though, gotta have some fun!

    Hit all my meals yesterday so my weight is back up, will try and hit them all again today.

    Fuk me that kicked my arse this morning, glad I went and pushed hard. I added weight to everything this week and it hurt like hell. I have been squatting with no belt or wraps trying to strengthen my low back and core and it feels good. The short rest really had me gasping for air and getting dizzy, plus I felt like I wanted to puke after presses. I think I need to give blood, I can feel my blood pressure is up, have that weird feeling in my chest. Going to go to the doc and get some cialis if he will script it out to me, he should at my age. All in all it was a good session, but I feel like a steaming pile of shit right now, hope I start feeling better soon.

    I was swollen, caps were popped out and veins sticking out, felt awesome. It kicked my ass, but I am liking this less rest time while trying to get the weights up. My workouts have never felt so productive, I expect to see some major gains from this change over the next month or so. Arms tomorrow, going to blast these fvkers, I want 20" solid, at 18.5" now cold, so got some work to do.

    Alt dmbl: 4 sets increasing weight each set drop on the last.

    Dmbl kick backs: 4 sets alternating each arm continuously.

    Dips: 20 12 12

    Incl dmbl: 3 working

    Arms were completely filled with blood trying to split the skin, great pump. Feeling stronger these days, got my close presses up to 245, and going up weekly.

    So I have had a supply issue, my guy forgot to place my order for prop so I have had to do multiple shots in a row of my test 300 blend (100mg prop, 100mg e, 100mg cyp) in stead of just every sixth day. Not the end of the world, just adding a fair bit more long esters in this week, shouldn't affect things too much, maybe even give me a boost. I hope he is able to get it ASAP so I can get back on my regular schedule.

    Rest day tomorrow, going to need it, this week was a killer.
