    Cool first time Cycle :)

    Hi all,

    I'm new to the board and just wanted to introduce myself and post my upcoming cycle.

    I'm from toronto canada
    I'm 29
    170lbs
    14% body fat
    been training naturally for about 4 years seriously


    I'm aboput to start my first ever cycle this evening.
    I'm going to be doing TESTOVIRON DEPOT 250 with a budy of mine.

    here is what we are planning. Now keep in mind we are both pretty much amatures at this :-P but I have read a ton of posts on this wonderfull board and learned alot.

    We are going to start with 2 injections a week
    Each Muscle will be trained once per week.
    Food consumption will be massive

    our cycle will last about 3 months.

    I'm confused about the after math of the cycle. since this is a small cycle and it is not stacked should we use something to level out our testosterone and estragen or not. Some people say yes some no.
    Any opinions??


    Is this a good cycle or is it going to be a waist of time?

    Yes, you need to get some ancilleries.

    Clomid for post cycle. 300mg-day one, 100mg-10 days, 50mg- 10 days starting exactly 3wks after you last injection

    Also, pick up some Nolva. I would suggest using 10-20mg daily throughout the entire cycle, but some opt to keep it to the side in case gyno symptoms occur. In any case, take 10-20mg daily with your clomid therapy.

    If bloat is a concern, pick up some arimidex or liqui-dex

    well i live here in t.o. as well, so hi !

    anyways, run that test at 500mg/ew and u should grab some deca and run it at 400mg/ew

    test: 500mg/ew 10 weeks
    deca: 400mg/ew 10 weeks

    if u have extra $$$$ u shoudl run d-bol

    d-bol: 35 mg/ed weeks 1 - 4, to kick start test

    next u need 4000 - 5000 calories ed, i intake aorund 4300 and i gained 21 lbs of mass in 7 weeks and im still not done lol !

    proviron should be taken at 25 mg/ed for the duration of the cycle to minimze water gain and estrogen keep nolva on hand

    so

    test: week 1 - 10: 500mg/ew
    deca: week 1 - 10: 400mg/ew
    d-bol :week 1 - 4: 35mg/ed
    proviron: week 1 - 10: 25 mg/ed

    nolvaldex or arimidex on hand in case of gyno !

    gundam675 since we are from the same place i have a question for you.
    is nolvaldex or arimidex something you get from your source for the roids? or is this something you can buy in a store (sorry for the ignorance) I'm not asking for your source just wondering how to go about getting it. I get my stuff from my buddy's source and I don't know if he can get nolvaldex or arimidex.


    Also what is the price range for it?

    well i never used novaldex, but arimidex i get from my source, unless u can proove to ur doctor that u are really a female suffering from abnormally high estrogen levels lol !

    mind u, arimidex is very very expensive, usually here in canada it goes for 7$ a tab. its not cheap and u need around .25 - .5 mg/ed or .5 mg eod imho.

    7$ a tab?? wow that sucks. The roids are expensive on it's own without counting the arimidex .

    any Idea how much Clomid is here in Canada?

    Good Advice on ur cycle Bro !

    If money is an issue just run Test and dbol

    1-10 Test Enanthate (testoviron ) 500mg/wk
    1-5 Dbol 35mg/ed
    1-10 Arimidex .5mg or liquidex /ed ( u can get Liquidex legally for a really good price at pumpnpose.com it has the same ingridient as arimidex at the fraction of the cost , it juts tastes like shit hehe )
    Clomid as suggested above.
    Also u can run nolva along with clomid at the end of ur cycle, but don't run test for 3 months !

    Well I took my first shot on Monday and taking my second tomorow (friday)

    I think I got some flu like symtoms on tuesday morning. I wokup with a bit of a sore throat and i felt drained.

    How long does it take for you to start holding water?
    Might be all in my mind but seems like I'm retaining already lol

    or maybe it's cause I'm eatng soo much :-P

    How long should I stay with the same workout routine before changing it up?


    I don't really like the 8 day split. I used to do a 6 day workout and one day off. 1 muscle a day per week.

    Is that good while youa re on the juice?

    Well today will be my 7th sust injection.

    I started off at aprox 170lbs and I am now at 180lbs after 3 weeks.
    I have noticed that my shoulders and arms seem a bit bigger but not much. and it doesn't seem like I am holding alot of water. my waist is still teh same size as when i started. hopefully this is all good signs

    I will post pics soom that were taken 3 weeks befor i started my cycle.

    Well to me your reps seem high..I go with 5-10 reps...heavy...Make sure that the intensive is f$%kin' real high...and your diet is real strict...post those pics...and make sure you do the basics(bench,squat,DL). They are one of the keys to size! I noticed that you did squats 135 lbs. for 15 then 10 then 10. That shows me that if you can do you third set for 10 then you should be able to do your second for like 12. Bigboys train heavy,Eat Big,Rest,Eat,And Train HEAVY! Good Luck! Make your last rep that you do like its your last!

    that first workout was to test my limits. I hadn't worked out for 3 weeks so now I use alot more weights.

    Went from 70lbs BD for bent over rows to 85lbs DB and next time I have to go yp again. My strength has gone up since I started the sust.

    Well weighed myself last night and I'm upto 181lbs!!

    not bad for starting at 170lbs after 4 weeks

    hope it's not al water lol

    Hello i'm also from Toronto, just wanted to say hello and congrats on the gains so far. ALso clomids here should run you about $5 a 50mg tab. good luck and keep us posted on the gains.
