Getting BIG second Cycle

This is the suggestion I got for my second cycle. Im 5'9 and 178lbs after my first cycle. My goal is 220 lbs. and keep it. My first cycle was pretty good and I kept about 25 lbs after 4 weeks. Its was Primo Deca and Winstrol . Please let me know what you think about this one. It was suggested by another member on the board.

Week 1-4 30mg DbolED (you can run more if you want)
Week 1-10 250mg Sus(500 if you feel the need)
Week 1-10 200mg Deca(maybe more?)
Week 8-12 100mg winni EOD or 50mg ED
Week 13 Clomid (check the clomid chart to see doses/timing)

Drop the dboll
Raise the Test to 500mg
Raise the decca to 300mg
Put the winny at wks8-13 and start clomid 2 days after last dose

Because he doesn't need 4 compounds on his second cycle. Trick to the game is to get the optimal amount of gains with the least amount of juice.

how much clomid should I use?
On my first cylce I used 5000 i.u. of HCG a week for 2 weeks and had no problem.

Clomid-300mg day 1, 100mg 10 days, 50mg 17 days.

Usually, you only need 3wks for clomid but 4wks is suggested when Deca is added to the cycle.

HCG is not needed on this cycle IMO

Just curious, i was going ot do a similar cycle, i was also going ot use dbol for 4 weeks, its my second cycle aslo, but im going to take sust250(500mgs/week), and deca 400mgs/week, nova and clomid on hand too.

I have 40 tabs of 10 mg Novaldex on hand but Im not sure how to spli it since my original cycle was with Clomid and my supplier ran out. So shoot me a note regardng that. Im working out my entire body in 3 days, 6 days a week. Im also eating 5 meals adding to about 3000 cal a day 1 gr of protein per body weight. Sleeping aprox 7 hours a day.

My stats are 25 years old, 5'9, 174 lbs. Ill post my measurements tomorrow (I need help from my girlfriend).
Any suggestions are welcome.
