Hey everyone, I have been on this BB for a few months now and have to say everyone on here is great. I have done lots of research and have decided on my personal game plan.
Age 26, height 6'1, Weight, (at phase 0) 250 pounds BF% -Not sure too high.
I wanted to log this for newbies so they can track progress...
Phase 0 -May 2003
-Start researching AS
Phase 1 -Started June 9,
-Lose some BF and get hardcore again
-I have worked out quite hard for about 5 years but over the past year a new job and lots of stress killed my motivation. In June I got my diet together and hit the gym hard. I have been doing twice a day sessions since then (morning cardio half hour on empty stomach) and afternoon weights.
-So far so good, I have almost doubled my strength (which wasnt that hard cause I was so weak) and dropped some weight about 8 pounds so far.
-Phase 1 will not be done until September of 2003. I need to lose some weight and get prepared, my muscle memory is good so with a clean diet and lots of cardio I want to start my AS run in the best shape I can.
Phase 1.5
-After doing lots of research, I decided on a cycle that would allow me to grow and cutup a bit.
I went with:
1-11 Test E 500 mg per week
7-11 Winny -50mg ed
Anti E's daily, Nolva on hand, Cholmid post cycle, Proscar for hair, and OC's such as milk thistle, and cranberry extract, along with protein powders, and vitamins.
Clen after cycle as well.
All has been obtained
