[QUOTE=DocToxin8;7279716]Good for you! I love when even when you are exhausted you can still power through a workout!
I love my mornings! My man likes to joke that I go to bed early, but I am up half the night......ha ha, so i get it where I can. I purely live off adrenaline, till my battery runs out!
Hoping you get some good sleep tonight.

[QUOTE=AKD_FitChick;7279722]Thank you, I hope we both do.
I need to recharge my battery before tomorrow.
My GF is good at grounding me a little though,
but she's pointed out, (and I never realized this actually),
that when I walk/move (at least 90% of he time),
it's to get from point A to point B.
ill try to be better at stopping to smell the roses as they say.

[QUOTE=DocToxin8;7279737]This is completely me......total type A and just go till I don't stop. I need to stop and smell the roses too!
Here is to going slow tonight. Glad you have someone that balances you out. My man can go the same speed as me, but not daily. He doesn't get out of bed til 7:30 and I am already up for 3 hours. It's nice though having alone time

Been a little up and down today.
After getting home at 1800 I needed to sleep some,
I woke about 19 and took 100mg test prop,
and 500mg L-DOPA to get into drive.
Lats&back program today:
1h30min (not overly effective, but heavy and ok)
Incorporated some deadlifts at the end; even though I trained legs yesterday.
Now I'm tired.
Took 10u NovoRapid post workout as well as 10u in the morning.
Gonna sleep well tonight I think, I'm totally exhausted.

Chest program:
Short breaks and lighter weights today, as I also had higher reps
(There might be a couple of sets I've forgot here and there, but pretty much this program today)
Dec.bench: 12-12-12-10
Inc.bench-DB 12-10-8reps 90sec
Flyes-DB: 12-12-12reps 90sec
Dips: 20-(+20kg at last to sets) 20-20reps 60sec
Seated Mach.press: 12-10-12-reps 60 to 90sec
Time: 44min
Here's a pic in relaxed (unflexed) position, without pump as well.
(Some flexion in my abs naturally)
I'm not very defined, but I haven't gained any fat either.
Today I woke early and started with
16u Ultratard
200mg tren e
Drank a isotonic carb drink during my workout, but this was after the peak at around 5h, (where i actually felt a little hypo, as I had a nap)
After my workout I had an enormous dinner, but didn't refill with 5u NovoRapid before 2h after that. Still felt full though.
But due to having to go out before I ate my next meal (had a carb drink with me, but didn't drink much of it), I felt hypo again before my meal. Measured BG and I had 3,8mmol/L. Not dangerous at all, but enough for me to feel signs of hypo very well.
Now I'm still eating and BG is at 5,2mmol/L. Which is perfect.
Feeling pretty pumped and full now.
Tomorrow is gonna be a long day, but I hope i manage to squeeze in a workout.

If I put the pic from 6 days ago next to this then I'll see if there's any fat gain or water at least. But can't expect muscle tissue to be generated in that time.

Wish you all a happy Friday and start of the weekend.
It's been tiresome today.
Not only has it been a very long day, I slept badly tonight,
Woke from a bad dream and didn't feel quite well.
Feeling much better now, but don't think I have time to get to the gym before it closes, and I really need a rest day as well.
Hmm, well, might do some elastic band excersizes at home if I get to it,
but what I really need to do today is eat and rest.
So boring though, but I'm too tired to do anything either at the moment.
I'll try to snap out of it. Feeling a bit zombie'ish.

Shit! So fucking tired today. Two days of bad sleep; tonight not really sleep at all.
Sat starting at the wall for two hours before I got my shit together and headed to the gym. (Downed 5mg MPH for good measure, which I've done all day together with caffeine and I still am nodding)
Took 16u ultratard in the morning plus 6u NovoRapid with a shake.
Then 150mg tren
Anyways. When I prepare for gym this evening I feel like shit, tired and a bit nauseous and high HR and probably elevated BP as well (still haven't fixed my BP monitor, will do soon though),
but I couldn't just fuck it and relax. Didn't train yesterday.
So I went.
Not exactly a HIIT program but I only rested long enough to catch my breath between sets.
Legs workout:
Deadlift: 5,5,5,5,5 (100, 140, 160, 160, 160kgs)
Leg press: 12, 10, 8(220k), 10 (280k), 10(330kg), 10(330k)
Prone leg curl: 8(59k), 10(59k), 10(59k), 8(59k)
Seated leg.ext: 15(86k), 15(86k), 12(104k), 12(104k), 12(104k)
No squats today, no lunges.
Just short and sweet 50min doing 4 excersizes and a total of 20sets.
(Not including the warm up sets, unless you count 100kgs in deadlifts as warm up, which it is in a way, but was still enough to give a good pump. Started at just 20k in deadlift, so there was an additional 3 sets of 8 reps progressing up to what i count as the first working set.
Light weight deadlifts, medium weights during all the rest.
Got a good pump and overall a good workout.
Did some squats on Saturday when I also trained some arms and a little bench press as well.
Took 7u NovoRapid after training. (Didn't want to take 10u due to the ultratard still being there, so I'll be a bit careful until I got more experience with insulin stacking)
Fixed a doctor appointment so that I can go in for bloodwork during the week.
Maybe get some beta2 against spray (asthma) as well, as I do notice the reduced cardio capacity with tren now.
I'll do a tally for what I've dosed the first two weeks soon.
See if I can tweak it some perhaps.

Insulin stacking is (unlike AAS stacking), really not something one wants to do.
It's simply that you inject yourself with insulin while still having exogenous insulin in your system.
Like taking long acting insulin in the morning,
and then taking short acting insulin before the long acting clears.
It might be necessary when you got something as long acting as ultratard,
but it requires care. F.ex when I injected some NovoRapid right away with some ultratard, that should work (with some care) due to NovoRapid setting in so fast, peaking at 1h and really not doing much after 3h, while ultratard peaks in 5-7h.
If done with the types that are usual in the states I can foresee problems,
as humulin R is neither short nor very long acting.
It just changes up how you react to the slin,
because while 10u of NovoRapid is easy enough to manage for me,
I don't want 10u while also having 5u of some other slin released during the first 3h of the NovoRapids action.
But it is also something diabetics do every day,
so it can be done. Just requires being careful and calculating the release times.

Thx doc. I've run slin before. I have enough respect and too little knowledge to stack it. Sounds interesting if timing is perfect.

God damn!
Trained chest yesterday, and managed an ok workout.
Was at the doctors to get some allergy medication and bloodwork as I hadn't been feeling 100% these last days.
Well, today I know why.
Or actually I knew this night why.
My throats feels like shit and it's absolutely not just an allergy.
There remains to be seen whether it's just a common cold or a fucking flu.
I really hope it's just a common cold and that some few days of rest is all that's needed. Will drop all compounds until I feel better, which hopefully won't be long.
I really hate getting sick! Time to just eat eat eat and rest.
-
04-06-2017, 01:43 AM #59
Doc that occurred to me also, it took a few days to clear. It never happened the years before, and doesn't feel like allergy either, I wonder, could be related to the gear?
You will care to share bw? I live off that kind of data.

So sorry to hear that. Must be going astound. My dizzy/vertigo feelings finally resulted in ears ringing and being more sick like, took some antibiotics last night and am hoping whatever it is just passes quickly, of cause it on time.
Feel better and drink lots of fluids and rest up. Glad you figured it out.

Yeah I can share to BW, it's just general kidney, liver, blood panel test though.
Seems I was wrong and that I did last BW in February,
So the doctor I went too(mine was busy), almost denied me any bloodwork at all as I felt it redundant.
But i didn't back off that easily so I will get some answers.

04-07-2017, 07:40 AM #62
Yeah, there's a lot of people getting sick here now.
I've slept for 24 hours more or less now, only waking to eat and take medicine.
I do feel that my throat is much better, and with paracetamol/aspirin I don't have any fever either. So I'm just tired.
I think this will resolve itself fairly quickly.
As long as I'm careful and eat enough this shouldn't really be that much of a hindrance. If I get 3-4 days of rest now that shouldn't really be anything but positive in terms of bulking.
And I was feeling half way for a week or so prior to this,
so after this I'm hoping I'll be feeling 110%, and quickly so.
My workout Monday was:
Pecs;
Bench press: 3 working sets, 2 to failure
Inc bench DB: 3 working sets, 2 of them drops sets to true failure
Converging chest press machine: 2 working sets: 1 drop set
Flyes: 2 working sets
(Haven't included warm up sets,
This program was short and sweet and I left hungry for more)

That's what I've been dealing with all this week. Started last week and hit me over the weekend. Taking this entire week off from lifting because of it. Cold/flu landed in my head/sinuses and my back. It inflammed and made my back muscles hypersensitive. Basically felt like they were hit with a baseball bat. NSAID's finally seemed to help alleviate that aspect. Doc called in an antibiotic just in case but not sure if it will really help or not. Never experienced it landing in my back before, but apparently it's not all that uncommon. It's nasty though, kept me from sleeping. Not to mention not much of an appetite still.
Getting better though and should be back on track Monday.
Hope you feel better as well Doc.

04-07-2017, 12:48 PM #64
So sorry Doc!!!! Sleep it off this weekend and come back when 100%. Then you can give it your 100%, at least you're getting sick before the competition. I swear a lot of you all are getting sick right before it.

Well, I couldn't sit on my ass the entire weekend,
that just became depressing.
And i really felt the fever had gone so that a LIGHT workout just to get the blood flowing (and the activate the lymphatic system after lying basically still for 2-3 days) would just be positive.
So here I went:
Lats & shoulder presses
Warm up: 7min
St.row: 2 sets@20 reps
Seated cable row: 2 sets@20,12 reps
Pullover lying cross wise: 3 sets @12 reps
Shoulder press Mach 1arm: 3sets@8reps
St.shoulder press: 3 sets@8 reps
TT:47min
Low weights and medium intensity, very strict and focused sets.
I got a very good pump and muscle connection and felt that this was just positive all round.
After the workout I went for a dog walk (not my dog) for a little over an hour,
and that was perhaps pushing it a little.
But except for a headache I feel fine now.
I'm hoping that time and my vigorous intake of my own blend of "flu" supplements during the time I was just lying around helped some.
I'll see tomorrow I guess.

Okay, did a biceps triceps routine today,
Treadmill warmup/15%incline 10min
Biceps curls Scott EZ:2 feelers, 1 all out drop set (6 reps then 10kgs lighter, 6 reps then 10kgs lighter, etc)
French press&close grip bench press superset: 2 feelers, 2 working sets
St hammer curl: 2 working sets
Tric. Cable st. front ext: 2 working sets
Reverse grip bic curls: 2 working sets
Overall a short and sweet workout,
still doing it lightly but with somewhat more power than yesterday
Feeling better still, but tired of needing to clean my nose all the time and between each set. But no fever.

Bloodwork:
Hemoglobin 17,1 g/dL ref range 13,4-17,0
Hematocrit: 0,50 ref range 0,40-0,50
Erytocytes: 5,8 10E12/L (ref range 4,2-5,7)
Fuck I'll just post a pic.
The abnormal ones were just:
Vit D : 70 nmol/L ref: 75-200 (I need to supplement more and take more sun)
Creatinine: 108 micromol/L , ref range: 60-105
Cystatin: 0,68mg/ml , ref 0,6-1,1 (it's normal, included it as creatinine is elevated and this is a second kidney marker)
GFR (estimated by creatinine) 76, ref >80 (abnormal)
GFR (estimated by Cystatin C) >90 ref >80
So my kidney function is good if you look at the whole picture.
ALAT: 40 ref 10-70 U/L
Gamma GT: 23 ref 10-80 U/L
So my liver tests are very good
PSA: 0,8 microgram/L , ref <2,5
My prostate marker is totally fine as usual.

Thought I'd update;
Trained light yesterday; just a deload of legs, chest, back
And took some pics;
Feeling ok after the cold I had now.
So I didn't lose to much time really, as I've been training since the weekend.
But I did jump off most compounds, which I always do as a precaution when getting sick. I'm needing more tren in my system!
I'll see what I can do about that...

Haven't measured BF so that i don't know,
Weight was 87, or 88kg. (I'm leaning towards getting to a ripped 90kg, but first getting to a ripped 85 would be hard enough)
Gonna see if I can add some additional mass during the first weeks of the comp,
(Without increasing fat)
and then just switch to a cut.
