Cutting cycle - Tren A + Test P + Winstrol

Hey guys;

I would like to create a new thread here regarding my second cycle in order to follow together.

my first cycle was Bulking.


I will start the this second cutting cycle on 24/04 Monday.

Duration: 12 weeks

Test P : 3600 mg in total
Tren A : 3000 mg in total
Winstr : 1800 mg in total
arimidex: 25 mg eod
Animal Pak: multi vitamin + mineral
PCT:Clomid + Nova after 12 weeks


Each week: 300 mg Tren A + 300 mg Test P

I will stop W10 onwards Tren A.

Test P - 12 weeks

Winstrol: 50 mg ED - 5 weeks

I share my actual picture before starting the cycle.

I will continue to post pictures each 2 weeks.

If you guys have advises or remarks. , please share with me during my cycle.

It looks good other than this is your second cycle. I think just taking Test Prop would be all you need and more. Your receptors are still relatively fresh to anabolics. Saving Tren for a later cycle will probably be much more effective for you and save you the risk of sides.

You can always save it for the next one , tbh u don't need that much to cut

I cut on test e 400mg/week with great results u can find my log in members cycle logs.

You can save tren a for the next cycle , although i wouldn't run tren so soon but eh it's ur call

I'd go with prop + if u really have to winny last 4 weeks

and on the next bulk u can go with test + tren , eat clean and get max lean muscle gains :)

I personally would run the winstrol higher like 50mg ed for a shorter duration. 60 days would be a long time to be on winstrol.

Good catch I missed that. 4 weeks max at a time right?

I think he'd be fine running the winstrol for 36 days which is 5 weeks basically I usually run it 4-6 weeks no more. 36 days is the amount he has enough for at 50mg ed that's why I suggested that.

What are you going to be using as an AI and how much? What about a DA to help with Prolactin if problems come up? Those are both very important not to mention in your post....im sure it was a mistake.

To be honest, I don't see the need in you cycling at all yet....you are above 20% body fat which is going to make keeping estrogen and side effects in check a lot more difficult. Also, it is incredibly easy to lose body fat/keep muscle when you are above 15% naturally as long as you eat right and train hard. Someone at your bodyfat won't lose any muscle cutting naturally, there no need for a cycle...let alone a need to use trenbolone. Steroids don't magically make you burn more calories....all your gear is going to do on your cut is help preserve your muscle, thats it you won't gain any new muscle...the rest comes down to DIET and training.

Most people think that since they are taking steroids/tren that they are going to be putting on a bunch of mass at the same time they are dropping pounds of fat/weight.. which is completely false. You will not gain any new muscle if you are in a calorie deficit (losing weight) even with using test/trenbolone

So why would you even cycle? I know this isn't what you want to hear and you are excited to run your cycle but you can get the same results easily naturally if your goal is to cut.

This is what I would recommend doing:

Cut naturally for 2-3 months (however long it takes for you to get to around 15%) Then start your cycle and do a bulk so you can actually gain muscle and get something out of your cycle you couldnt have naturally....don't waste a cycle on a cut unless you are already extremely lean and you are trying to get even leaner to compete in bodybuilding or something.

If you choose to do it this way then the outcome will be: Less side effects and much better results

Now, I doubt you will listen to me and you are probably set on running a cycle now no matter what. If you do, then at least save the Tren for a later cycle/bulk and just run Test only,... not only for health reasons but also it would just be a flat out waste of money if you used tren in your situation right now to cut. 300mg pw of Test is wayy more than plenty to preserve your muscle at a high bodyfat. Hopefully you listen to my first suggestion though, you will thank me later if you do!

today I did first pin upon my planboard.

For winstrol I decided to consume 50mg ed and stop after 6 weeks.

I planned a clean diet with low carb and high protein.

So we ll see the results all together.

I did second pin again today on left quadriceps. In the beginning I did not have any pain but after 3-4 hours later , I had strong pain and it goes whole day and night.

Is there any tips to lower the pain?

An Ice pack on the site will help lower inflammation and some pain.

dont forget about HCG, but maybe you dont mind to have smaller balls after cycle and lower natural test level :)

Now I am on the second week.

Still eatin clean and low carb.

I am in the middle of 4th week but I still did not feel the increase of strength and my libido is not high.
is that normal?
when will I feel the strength?

Agree with your 1st sentence...however HCG should be run from the beginning of your cycle up to PCT...not during your PCT as it will be counterintuitive to your body's attempt to re-start it's own test production.
IMO using HCG in the last 2 weeks will not really help you. What you seem to be trying is more like a jump start theory before PCT?
Anyways if you want to maintain the size of your nuts and give yourself an edge on recovery from cycle and future fertility. I would recommend that you run it 250iu EOD for the full 12 weeks.

Letro is an AI and not used for prolactin. DA's like caber are for prolactin, but I personally would never use it from the start. If you control e2 prolactin should be fine. DA is short for dopamine antagonist, I dont want to mess with my dopamine unless absolutely necessary. I have used tren and decca at the same time with no DA, and had zero issues. I always have some caber on hand, but I have only needed it once. Then I only took 2 doses, and made sure to say on top of my AI. I have never needed it since then.

Why would you only run eq for 10 weeks. Thats pretty pointless, its already virtually worthless, and only 10 weeks would make it completely worthless.

can you get arimidex?? its expensive but fks nolva lol. and yeah you can run only clomid but its better to add nolva 2. search in IG: the unnaturals official, he sells good nolva, clomid,ment etc...

clom 50/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20

so do you mean also take arimidex in Pct? Dose and duration?

So which is it, you are taking arimidex or not? If not, why ignore the advice given.

Fwiw I think you need your diet fixing, your results should be better than they are after 7 weeks of tren and winny.

Yes I take Arimidex now and I will continue to take till cycle finishes but shall I continue to take arimidex during pct or just take Clomid?

Yes I am upset as well the results. my diet was not bad at all but I have some doubts about quality of the tren and test.

still 5 weeks to go.
