    Second Cycle : Test Prop + Anavar

    Hello,

    Starting my second cycle today. Recovered very well from my first cycle. All hormones were balanced and good.

    Going with a short ester testosterone so it can start working quickly and can get out of body quickly as well. Don't want to wait 2 weeks to start the PCT. After my first cycle I just want to be on gear all the time lol.


    Anyways here is the protocol that I will be following. Decided for 8 weeks cycle test prop + anavar . :

    Test Prop 100 mgs EOD (Alpha Pharma) 1-8 Weeks
    Anavar 50 mg (Alpha Pharma) 3-8 Weeks
    AI 0.25 E3D
    HCG Every Monday/Thursday

    PCT :

    Clomid 50/50/25/25
    Nolvadex 20/20/10/10

    Exercise routine :


    Monday


    EZ bar curls: 4 sets of 12 – 15 reps
    Seated double arm dumbbell curls: 4 sets of 10 reps
    Standing hammer curls: 4 sets of 10 – 12 reps
    Preacher curl machine: 3 sets of 10 – 12 reps
    Triceps rope pushdowns: 4 sets of 15 – 20 reps
    Triceps overhead extensions: 4 sets of 15 reps
    Skull-crushers: 3 sets of 12 – 15 reps
    Close grip smith machine bench press: 3 sets of 15 reps


    Tuesday
    Barbell squats: 4 sets of 8 – 10 reps
    Leg press machine: 4 sets of 10 – 12 reps
    Hack squat machine: 4 sets of 10 reps
    Leg extensions: 3 sets of 15 reps
    Hamstring curls: 3 sets of 15 reps
    Standing calf raises: 3 sets of 20 reps



    Wednesday
    Standing military barbell press: 4 sets of 8 – 10 reps
    Dumbbell lateral raises: 4 sets of 12 – 15 reps
    Seated dumbbell shoulder press: 4 sets of 10 – 12 reps
    Dumbbell front raises: 4 sets of 8 – 10 reps per arm
    Rear delt flyes: 4 sets of 12 – 15 reps
    EZ bar upright rows: 4 sets of 10 – 12 reps
    Dumbbell shrugs: 3 sets of 15 reps


    Thursday

    Flat bench barbell press: 4 sets of 8 – 10 reps
    Incline dumbbell press: 4 sets of 8 – 10 reps
    Incline dumbbell flyes: 4 sets of 12 reps
    Cable crossovers: 3 sets of 15 reps
    Decline : 3 sets of 12 reps
    Pec deck: 3 sets of 15 reps
    Push ups: 3 sets of 15 – 20 reps




    Friday
    Barbell bent over rows: 4 sets of 8 – 10 reps
    Wide grip pull ups: 4 sets of 10 reps
    Close grip lat pull down machine: 4 sets of 12 reps
    T-bar rows: 4 sets of 8 – 10 reps
    Dumbbell rows: 3 sets of 10 reps per arm
    Hyperextensions: 3 sets of 15 reps
    Reverse grip pull downs: 3 sets of 15 rep


    Last cycle my nutrition/food wasn't spot on this cycle I will not make that mistake. Will post my meal plan tomorrow here.

    BTW should I start anavar from the first week or starting from 3 week is fine ?

    Thinking to start anavar from 2nd week instead of 3rd. Any thoughts ?

    Started taking anavar from second week. Its been great. Everything is coming along really nice.... not a single side effect till now.. Great improvement in gym overall and can see anavar working really well. veins coming out fat is melting fast.

    I've developed skin rashes on various places of my body .. on elbows , behind right ear .. under belly and on shoulder.. any idea what can be causing it ?

    What shall I do ? Never had this problem in my first cycle ? But that was pharma grade test e. Shall I stop using prop and continue using anavar ? Or shall I replace test p with test e ?

    and Why I don't have any type of pain / rash on the injection sites if I am allergic to oils ?

    Allergy is almost gone. The test p carrier oil is creating the reaction. Going to change the brand

    Oh man I am very very careful about this. I use at least 6 alcohol pads everytime i inject

    Hi Guys,

    Just a quick update. The cycle is being awesome. No sides at all except the rashes in third week. I've made changes in the dosages. I've been taking anavar 80 mg per day since week 5 and test prop 150 EOD instead of 100 EOD. I am really feeling anavar at 80 mg per day. Gained around 14 lbs of solid muscles till now. Waist has dropped around 2 inches can see my upper abs coming. It has been great. I've also added 50 mcg t3 from 6th week.

    Since I stared doing 150 mg test prop EOD my nipples were getting a bit puffy and started to have a little erection problems turned out my E3 was on the higher range so I started taking 0.5 mg AI every day and in 5 days everything is back to normal.

    I am going to extend this cycle to full 12 weeks. Will only use anavar for 8 weeks though. The good thing is that I am not seeing any bad side effects, no acne at all, no hair loss everything is just great.

    thinking to add Masteron at 100 mg EOD or Tren A 100 mg EOD in last 5 weeks. Do you think it will be a good idea?
