Life has been so crazy lately. Seems like every time things start going really great, something terrible happens. After work I went home, cried, took a nap and then killed bi's and tri's. It's nice having goals. I feel like the gym has saved my life numerous times. I'm glad I put my big girl pants on and didn't skip today because of everything that's happening in my life. It would be so easy to just say I'm too sad and too mad to work out but in all reality, the gym is my favorite place to go when shit hits the fan. It really is like therapy!! Anyways, I'm gonna be one tired girl tomorrow but it was worth it! Tomorrow is quads and calves and I'm looking forward to taking it out on myself at the gym after work! Hope everyone is doing well! ❤️

Officially off gear lol I had a few more doses after the 6 week mark was up so yesterday morning I took the final dose from the vial haha I feel like I totally could've gotten almost 8 weeks if I hadn't gone up to 15mg briefly but now I know!!

I can't come up with a good bf% because some pics that show the percentages for women I look 30% (compared to the pics) and other charts I look more like 23% which is a huge range. What would you say I'm at? My love handles and stomach are obviously still a problem area hahaha I'm trying to take more full body pics so I can track my progress but it's soooooo hard to look at myself :/ anyways, I took these pics last week.

I thought I'd share this since I found it interesting. As some of you know I've kind of been in a funk lately and wasn't sure what it was since I miss being on cycle and am just counting the days til my next and life has been a b sting. I've also been unusually tired and I thought it was the gear or clen but I've been off for a few weeks and still feel unusually tired. I thought I had mono because it has been so hard some days but anyways, my work had biometric screenings today and I had mine done and found out that my LDL cholesterol is ridiculously low. So low the machine couldn't output a number and my triglycerides were also super low. A number the machine only showed as less than 45. Anyways, I did a ton of research and having a super low LDL cholesterol is linked to mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Both of which I've battled my whole life! And if you have low triglycerides, you're probably tired all the time. I'm going to start adding more supplements to my routine to see if I can make things more even. All the other numbers the lady said were some of the best she's seen so I'm hoping I can start to even out soon with supplementation because I am scared to be put on anti-depressants since I had a horrible reaction a long time ago when I tried. Please cross your fingers I can get things figured out!!!! Hope everyone is killing it at the gym!!!
