6 weeks to take the gut off
OK, I posted a thread earlier about my Vacation coming up in 6 weeks
I started Fina 75mg ed, 100mg prop ed, and winny 50mg ed. I have been lifting for about 45mins-1 hour ed + 45mins of cardio in the AM & 30mins in the PM. I have also been taking ECA, and I will hit clen in a week and go EOW with the Clen and the ECA.
Can I do it?
I'm a bit scared of T3...
Am I doing to much cardio?
I'm 6' 200 lbs
Eating around 200grams protein ed
around 2200-2600 cals ed (Down from around 3500 cals ed)
and eating 6-8 times ed.
Tell me what you guys think

it is very attainable as long as your diet is right on track. Your working out in the AM and doing cardio??? I would be carefull if your doing this and have some kind of carb drink to help save muscle. I would doing the 30 min session after working out in the morning and the 45-1hr session in the PM. I have been takin a protein drink around 6 am just to have something in my stomach. Do you think I should eat some oats or something?instead

I would not eat a complex carb because you main goal is fat loss and retaining muscle. If you replenished you glycogen stores the night before you should be ok. I think just a fuel plex type of drink would be better.

Metrex has like 20 grams of carbs in it too??

yeah, that would work or even like one of those carb drinks by ABB. the metrex would work fine 20-30 grams of carbs would be fine.

I have a shitload of Metrex right now.

I was thinking about waiting a few weeks then about three weeks out carb depleat bigtime for 3 weeks straight
Today I had:
6am:90 cal whey- 20 grams protien
8:30:5eggwhite, 1 egg, 1/2cup oats 1tsp honey- 250 cals- 30-40 gm protien
10:30 1 orange
1:30: 1 can tuna
3:00: Cod Filet grilled, 1 yam
4:30: 2 servings protien shake 40 grams protien
6:30: Salmon or Steak- 8-10 oz, Gilled onion, and peppers
9pm 1 serving protien shake or some cheese
How does that sound.
Its around 2200 cals ed
200-300 grams of protien
150-200 grams or Carbs
fat is pretty low 40-60 grams

One week down, clean eating the whole time, and stuck with the demanding cardio.
Took some pics today....
Not happy. i know its only a week, bu I still feel like a fat piece of shit.
Should I drop more Cals/ Carbs?
Drop the carbs all together???

Just stick with it. I would drop any of the protein or fats. I would drop some of the carbs and start uping your fats. You need to minupulate your body into buring fats for energy instead of carbs. just keep fats to minimum, use that flax oil--it's good shit buddy! You could drop all the carbs if you wanted but I would still recommend using some dextrose in a post recovery workout shake

K, I about 2 weeks in. Whomever said that QV prop/ products dont work was crazy, because my labido is out of control right now.I feel like I'm 16 yrs old. I am still killing the diet and cardio. I have lost around a belt size, and basically maintained my weight.

Hey bro, you don't have very far to go. Stick w/your plan and I think you'll be looking awesome before you know it! Four weeks is enough time to easily lose 8 pounds of fat (safely)...IMO.

you need a cheat day in there, 3 weeks with no cheat day is really pushing it. post your diet and we can go from there

If you dont cheat your thyroid will become dormant. This will slow down your goals, you will stillbe loosing weight but not at the rate you want. by consuming the same cals evey day your body will get used to the same daily requirements. This is where the cheat day comes in handy because it offsets your daily program and sends your thyroid into motab mode. it just shocks your body rather than letting it go into homeostasis

It was great. I big salad and three peices of cheese pizza.
I started to put a pic up, but I changed my mind. I thought for sure I would have looked better, but I dont. I'll through another up in a few weeks. First cheat meal in about three weeks. I'm currently in suger shock!
