20 pounds is very reasonable if you know how to eat and train

It's not so much what you gain on cycle, that's the easy part. It's maintaining it post cycle.

I’m 2 1/2 weeks into my first cycle and am up almost 10lb already. No way will I keep all of that but I’m excited to see how everything settles after all the fluff from AAS comes off after cycle. 170lb at 6’ are you sure you have a good enough base?

im 28 been lifting consistently for the last 3.5 years started at 147 and its been a struggle to get to 170 i barley gain weight @ 4000 calories. i plan on getting 4500 during my cycle and seeing how it goes.

You’ll need to up that substantially by the cycle end to get anywhere near 20lbs and then up it again during and after PCT to try and maintain it.

Wouldn't excessive calories during PCT cause a lot of fat gain in absence of high test levels?

a hyper-caloric diet during pct is the only way to help maintain and keep gains and get your body to acclimate to its new weight. gaining a small amount of body fat during this crucial time is irrelevant to anyone serious about putting on and keeping muscle

1st cycle I gained 65+ Lbs. . . . Go big or go home, right?! Nooooo, it was a real bad idea

20+ Lbs. Amazingly enough was keep-able weight, even after PCT

It's a nice feeling! Take advantage of it and work / eat like theirs no tomorrow.
