Not a good idea. You'll need some kind of test to go with that deca or youll get shut down.
Research a little more, review that cycle and come up with something better.

Sorry bro, everyones going to say the same thing. And yes, although I have little cycle experience, I still know a shitload about roids, cycles, training, diet, etc. as do several others on this board with little actual cycle experience (ie. Big Green, majorpecs)... you ARE going to want to add in some test, or you will get shut down, and possibly get deca dick or deca gyno. Keep some nolva on hand, and for clomid you're right on , but on the first day go with 300mg. Otherwise it looks good. Once again good luck.

I think you need some test like the others have stated.
wk1-11 500mg Enan
wk1-10 300mg Deca
forget the winny
clomid 2wks after last test injection
Nolva @ 20mg throughout the cycle
.5mg alongside Nolva

Best to shoot 2x a week. Glute and quad shots are usually the norm for a first time out. Spread out from there if you feel comfortable

From the sounds of your post, you are looking to put on mass. Correct me if I am wrong. If that is the case I would definitely add some test to that cycle..see Pheedno's post.

As usual, Pheedno is right on the money.
Get some adex and n-dex and you will be set.

throw in some test enanthate or cyp at like 400 mg at minimum a week...you'll be very happy you did its cheap too!! good luck and keep us updated
