v.i.v.i.d's-------quest to make the cut
hey,fellow A.S. this will be my third cycle first cut cycle i am exited.
let me tell you a little cycle exp i started to us streroids when i was 22
i was 6'4 210 and 15% b/f after 2 cycles i am at 6'4 240 and 16% b/f
and i am 23 now this will be my first cutting cycle as follows
weeks
1-10 test prop 100mgs ed
1-8 fina 75mgs ed
3-11 winny 50mgs ed injectable
11-14 clomid 300/100/50 post cycle

my goal for the next 14 weeks is to cut b/f by 4-7% depending on how hard i work and to gain 15-25ilbs of quality lean mass.

training split as follows this will change every 4 weeks

cardio work
monday------ cardio 45 min heavy bag i find punching on a heavy bag gives your arms good defintioin.
tuesday----- cardio 20 min sprint intevials
wedsday----- o.f.f
thursday----- 10min jumpe rope 10 min heavy bag 10 wind sprints
friday----- 1 hr light cardio biking on train with hills
saterday----- 45 min heavy bag-
sunday------off

2 days in the morning on empty stomach
2 days evening
1 day whenever i feel like doing cardio. i feel if you if you have some flex ability with your workout schedule you are more likely to obtain your fitness goals.

this will change in 4 weeks. i will post every week with progress and post pic of before and post at 4 weeks then at finish. i was thinking of putting some clen in at end and some anvar for weeks 8-11. i would like you guys input on my cycle and my training split.
