Journey to the Darkside II: Reloaded
Allright my fellow AR brethren, the time has come....My second true cycle has come to fruition. Below I will list my cycle, routine, and an average day worth of eating for you guys. I will list before stats as soon as I get measurements and weights. Pre-cycle pics will be forthcoming within the next few days.
Cycle:
Weeks 1-4
Test Prop 100mg ed
Anavar 25mg ed
Weeks 1-18
Test Enanth 1g every week
Equipose 750 mg every week
Weeks 19-25
Test Enanth 1g every week
Weeks 20-27
Winstrol 100mg ed
Weeks 24-27
Prop 100mg ed
Weeks 1-30
Liquidex .5mg ed
nolva 10mg ed
HCG will be thrown in there as well, I think every 5 weeks and as part of PCT, and of course Clomid for a probably extended period as I plan on being pretty shut down at the end of this one.
I DON'T recommend this cycle to anyone who is just starting out in the world of AAS.
Training Split:
Monday Morning: 30 mins cardio, abs
Monday Afternoon: Chest, calves
Tuesday Morning: 30 mins cardio, abs
Tuesday Afternoon: Back
Wednesday Morning: 30 mins cardio, abs
Wednesday Afternoon: Shoulders, calves
Thursday Morning: 30 mins cardio
Thursday Afternoon: Arms (bis, tris, and forearms)
Friday Morning: 30 mins cardio
Friday Afternoon: Legs, including calves
for the sake of typing, I am not including specific excersises. I shoot for a target rep range of 8-12 reps. Weight is increased as needed.
Typical day of eating:
7 AM (after cardio)
10 egg whites, 2 yolks
2 slices whole wheat toast or 2 cups oatmeal
1 glass cranberry juice/no sugar added
9:30 AM
6 oz tuna
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 medium apple
1 cup non-salted peanuts or natty peanut butter
12 Noon
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups mixed veggies
2 apples
1 cup non-salted peanuts or natty peanut butter
2:30 PM
1 can tuna
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 apple
1 cup non-salted peanuts or natty peanut butter
Post workout shake:
60g protein
5g bcaa powder
10g glutamine powder
80g carbs (dextrose)
6:00 PM
Changes daily...usually salmon or tuna steak with veggies and rice or baked potato.
8:00 PM
Protein shake 50g protein, 0 carbs.
I actually started this cycle last week and procrastinated starting this journal so I am in week 2 as of now. I'll try to update 2-3 times a week with progress and info. One little bit of info I'd like to share is this: I accidentally ordered 23g needles for this cycle, and after running prop ed with 25g, these things feel like fkn harpoons. I will ALWAYS run 25g needles from now on. I never bled on 25g injects, but with 23g I bleed almost every time. My injection sites will once again rotate between bi's, tri's, delts, quads, and calves. :lift:
